Set amidst the Zugspitz Arena Ski Area, this former manor is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hochmoos Express Chair Lift. Ansitz Felsenheim offers spacious, individually furnished apartments and studios with fully equipped kitchens.
The spa area includes a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and a relaxation area with a heated bench.
A restaurant offering a half-board option is right next door. On request, fresh bread rolls are delivered to your door every morning.
In addition to baby equipment such as baby bathtubs, Ansitz Felsenheim also features a children’s playroom and a leisure room for youths. In winter, a ski day with the owner and the use of the guest toboggans are included in the price.
Guided hikes, admission to the public outdoor pool and the tennis court in Lermoos, and the use of the guest bicycles are included in the price in summer.
In winter and summer alike, admission to the public indoor pool in Ehrwald is included in the price. There are reduced rates for visits to the sauna.

Review 1：Wifi worked only in one spot in the apartment. $50 cleaning fee on top - shouldn't that be included in the price?? And although they say bread delivered in the morning, we didn't understand that you had to pay extra.

Review 2：Beds were super comfortable, location was fab. Views from the room inspiring and our unit had a private balcony - main floor only. The steam/sauna/warm room before bed was lovely (don't need to pay the 7 Eur for a robe and towel).

Review 3：Toilet roll ......each appt gets left 2 and if you run out and Don't forget to bring dishwasher tablets .

Review 4：Location ...Brilliant view facing the Zugspitze mountain , visitors get a "gastekarte" which allows free travel on the local bus around the valley and free access to the local community swimming pools Ehrwald (indoor) and Lermoos (outdoor ) . These are unique appartments and it helped that our visit coincided with Great weather .Guests also have the use of Bicyles at their Disposal

Review 5：Although the weather was a little drizzly, we had a lovely time in Lermoos. It's a great base for walking and sightseeing. The studio was traditionally decorated and had everything we could need. It was clean and a good size. The spa in the basement of the hotel opens in the evening and is amazing. We would definitely go back!

Review 6：I had a three room apartment but one was with bunk beds due to the room size. My daughters were not used to sleeping in bunk beds and had issue adjusting to it.

Review 7：I could not have picked a better location, the view was so pleasant from the apartment it was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The apartment was very clean and the furniture was very good and very clean. The free bicycles (to use) was an added bonus.

Review 16：If anything, the shower could be better. Minor point, and you can use it as supposed, however compared to the luxury of the rest of the house I would recommend to install a stronger shower.

Review 17：Friendly personnel, nice room with good beds. Furniture and kitchen is complete. Location is well suited for nice walks in summer though the mountains, and the lady of the house had some good recommendations on where to go to. The house is beautiful!

Review 19：We found Ansitz Felsenheim to be an absolutely beautiful 400 year oldinn in the Austrian Alps just perfect in every way! The views of theAlps was breathtaking and the staff excellent. When we entered the inn,there was a personalized sign for our family welcoming us, so very warmand inviting/ welcoming!! The only drawback was that there was norestaurant on site, but a short walk away was a grocery store which waswonderful, and since our suite was an apartment with all kitchenamenities, there was no problem. We will recommend this highly to ourfriends and family! Superb!!!
