Review 2:Breakfast was only between 7 and 9:15 am .... very early for a Sunday when we would have liked a bit of a lay in
Review 3:lovely rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quite rooms, host amazing
Review 4:Had a lovely stay at this guest house. The owners very welcoming and helpful! The guest house is in a prime location and very quick and easy to get to the high street, bus station, and beach (literally across the road!) As a solo traveler I couldn't have asked for more. The room had everything you required and was spotlessly clean!!! Excellent breakfast! Will definitely recommend!!!
Review 5:No complaints at all.

Review 9:Nothing
Review 10:From the first view, the warm greeting, the room plus ensuite, the breakfast with bottomless coffee till the fond adieu, everything was likeable.
Review 11:I do find climbing the stairs tiring but well worth it once I reach the delightful bedroom and see the view from the window.
Review 12:We have been visiting the Burleigh for a number of years and have always received excellent service, delicious breakfasts and with great views of the sea from the bedroom.
Review 13:Stairs older people can't manage several suitcases.
Review 14:Location, private parking (when available), Room with a view, Friendly & helpful people all staff greet you with a smile.
Review 15:Spotlessly clean Plenty of storage for belongings and places to dry wet towels (often lacking in other establishments) THE most comfortable bed and bedding Excellent breakfast Beautifully presented rooms Very efficient, organised and friendly staff
Review 16:Fantastic , friendly welcoming Staff, Clean Room,, Quality Breakfast. Nothing but praise for our stay . Will Be booking in for next year for our Anniversary. Thankyou to all at the Burleigh !!
Review 17:The only down side was the car park was full so we had to park on the road. Even this was okay because restrictions were lifted between 6 pm and 10 am. So not really a problem .
Review 18:It was situated in a quiet spot yet so near the sea front & only a short walk to every amenity. The hotel breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. Super!
Review 19:COULD NOT FIND A FAULT
Review 20:this hotel is excellent, comfortable, cleanliness 1st class, food very good, staff excellent. a very friendly hotel just what a solo traveller needs location also very good. could not fault it. and look forward to my next stay.
Review 21:wifi service was free but a little difficult to use at times and slow from our room on top floor, possibly the reason why.
Review 22:Lovely location near sea front. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff and owners. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money.
Review 23:Rather hard beds but this is a matter of individual preference. Bathroom could do with updating although perfectly adequate and not a major problem.
Review 24:The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for visiting the local attractions and the breakfasts were perfect.
Review 25:Very nice place to stay ,near to the town centre , rooms very clean and spacious ,excellent breakfast , very friendly welcome we would recommend a stay here .
Review 26:Everything was excellent. WeI have never visited Hunstanton before and was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely go again next year and stay at the Burleigh.
Review 27:The room was very small and would have been a bit cramped if we were to stay for more than 2 nights. The bathroom although private was across the hallway.
Review 28:Clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely breakfast well presented. Friendly staff. Great location with a side sea view. Close to all amenities
Review 29:There was nothing to dis-like!
Review 30:The welcome and introduction were spot-on and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The hosts (Ram & Sharon) were most pleasant and attentive as required. The food was first-class, even to providing everything in my meals 'gluten-free' - a must for a Coeliac sufferer.
Review 31:The parking would stop us returning. There is a car park but it is always full and often with guests from the next door hotel. We felt obliged to stay out all day in order to be sure we could park on the road (restricted to 45mins).
Review 32:Lovely comfortable accommodation. Easy walking into town.
Review 33:Not a complaint but in the warm weather a bed that was a little larger would have been nice. No real complaints
Review 34:Lovely quiet location, close to centre. Friendly helpful staff and a lovely choice at the breakfast table that will see you through the day.
Review 35:We didn't have any bad experiences!
Review 36:Breakfast was one of the best, we have ever had in a hotel. We really liked the personal touches - that if we needed anything within reason, they could provide it.The bathroom was beautifully decorated.
Review 37:Everything about this place was perfect as you see in the reviews, but most importantly for me as a single traveller was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. I felt completely at home there, especially with a lounge where you can mix with other guests if you want to. Single rooms are often ropey - - -this was really lovely and I have never stayed anywhere cleaner. I will definitely be returning there!
Review 38:Room was acceptable but a little small. However like everything else, it was presented to a first class standard.
Review 39:Excellent hosts, immaculate hotel and superb breakfasts.
Review 40:Slight problem is the car park is quite small and often full. There are places to park on street but only between 6pm and 9am otherwise you are restricted to 45 minutes.
Review 41:Pretty much everything
Review 42:Our room was on the small side, but it was well compensated for by a large shower room with a good shower in it.
Review 43:The friendliness of the reception, their preparedness to go out of their way to accommodate a vegan/vegetarian breakfast, and the quietness of the hotel. It led to two great night's sleep. Ideal for our needs.
Review 44:Being picky, the television. Too small for the size of the room and the sound had tuning problems.
Review 45:Everything was excellent. The room and all the facilities were of the best quality. Comfort and hospitality including full English breakfast first class.
Review 46:We were on the 3rd floor and there is'nt a lift - not easy as we are over 60. No toilet in the room.
Review 47:Great location, fantastically clean, lovely host.
Review 48:Good parking and welcoming staff support the very good condition of the hotel. Both my wife and myself have no complaints whats so ever. The owners should be very proud of their ratings.
Review 49:Not really a bad experience, but we would've preferred a king size bed to the standard double. It was very comfortable, but slightly narrow for our taste.
Review 50:The host, Geoff, was friendly, helpful and full of useful local knowledge ... exactly what we needed! And the shower was amazing!
Review 51:The room was quite small for a double and there was no en- suite, although there was a private bathroom.
Review 52:Very clean, comfortable bed with a really good breakfast, pleasant large lounge.
Review 53:Hunstanton needs to believe in itself a bit more; let's have some surf shack style beach cafes, more seafood please (hardly found any) play up to your location, make owners do up their beach huts. You don't know what you've got. And more places like the Burleigh!
Review 54:Huge room, spotless; sea view from the top floor, big newly fitted bathroom with shower, good thick towels. T/C. Lovely Victorian property with a warm, kind, family run welcome. Comfortable lounge. The Burleigh is licensed with a good small selection of drinks. We ate at the Marine Bar, one of the few places that was open, and had fish and chips in the bar - excellent. Breakfast at the Burleigh was lovely, with the usual FE plus American pancakes and fresh fruits to order. On a hot day, I think you could take your breakfast and sit outside overlooking the sea. Hunstanton is nicer than I was led to believe - there's nothing wrong with amusement arcades - the town looked like it had been scrubbed ready for summer, the esplanade all rebuilt, the beach huts all huddled waiting for the next tidal surge and the flower beds nicely pristine. We don't all aspire to Burnham Market, you know. Love North Norfolk. I'd stay here again and use it as a base to tour this stunning area.
Review 55:There isn't a thing to not like about this place - the ambience is calm and soothing; the proprietors and staff welcoming and friendly; the food is absolutely delicious; the rooms more than just comfortable - all in all a right little gem!
Review 56:We had two nights at the Burleigh in January, with snow and ice in Hunstanton. The guest house was very warm and comfortable with a nice lounge and dining room, the staff and management were great and the breakfast was excellent.
Review 57:Nothing negative about the Burleigh, but Hunstanton was very quiet in the evening. Hardly a soul around and we could not find many options where we could dine.
Review 58:The staff was polite and pleasant. We were surprised at how clean the bathroom was. The food was good as well. The bed mattress was very comfy. It's at a great location - just next to the beach! They have free parking for the guests. Great place to stay - highly recommended.
Review 59:Inefficient shower - temperature fluctuated & the walls got wetter than I did. However I was assured it would be fixed promptly.
Review 60:Spotlessly clean Very helpful staff
Review 61:we only stayed one night for a family party but wish we had added an extra night to really enjoy the comfortable and professional experience. It is well deserving of it's 4 stars and we very much hope to stay again
Review 62:I had to go home! :(
Review 63:Highly recommend this hotel. Room was spacious and very clean! Beds were comfy! The staff were extremely nice and nothing seemed too much trouble! Stayed here over the new years break and extended the stay by another night last minute. The breakfast was really lovely, they have a little bar that they will serve you until 10pm and a lounge area. Location is excellent. Can't wait to go back! Happy New Year to all at The Burleigh!!
Review 64:could do with offering wake up calls limited access to plugs
Review 65:comfortable bed host was friendly and informative bedroom well equipped with all amenities needed. nice selection of complimentary items everything was extremely clean Good location well kept inside and outside Good parking Payment was really easy to make
Review 66:Paper thin wall to the room next door. This stay was ruined by the guy snoring all night in room six !! In the end I had to sleep on the floor in the bathroom, to get away from that terrible noise!! If your ever offered room 5, turn it down...
Review 67:Nice friendly owners. Great breakfast.
Review 68:One of the best B & B's we've stayed in. Our welcome was very warm and our room's facilities were very good with a well stocked hospitality tray. The bed was very comfortable with decent pillows and a lovely warm quilt. There was a very good choice for breakfast which was well cooked and presented. A thoroughly enjoyable stay which we hope to repeat before long. Excellent value for money.
Review 69:No evening meal available.
Review 70:Friendly welcome Comfortable bed Cleanliness of all areas A tastey breakfast that sets you up for the day. Somewhere warm to return to after a cold and blustery day on the nature reserve.
Review 71:The Burleigh is a top-class guest house which puts many a four-star hotel to shame. The attention to detail is remarkable and we can't recommend it highly enough but don't tell everyone because then there won't be any room for us!
Review 72:Very professional operation. The owner, who was absolutely charming and very helpful, said 'you get out of it what you put into it', and lived up to her philosophy. A good happy atmosphere. Great location near the sea and the town centre. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast.
Review 73:Only few mins walk from shops and sea.YOU WERE MADE TO FEEL LIKE YOUR HOME.GREAT HOSTS.GOOD QUALITY BREAKFAST NOT CHEAP LIKE MOST.we will love to stay here again.
Review 74:Couldn't fault anything.
Review 75:We stayed in a double ensuite. Lovely modern shower room with a great range of complimentary soaps and shampoo etc. Great breakfast included, wide variety.
Review 76:We found the double bed rather small
Review 77:Rooms were lovely and very clean. The breakfast superb. Sharon went out of her way to accommodate us with requests such as early/late check in etc. Super location. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend
Review 78:There was nothing to dislike
Review 79:Lovely place, good location , food excellent & lots of it . Owners & staff friendly, know the area . Best small hotel I've stayed in a long time !!!
Review 80:A lovely place to stay and explore the surrounding area. I had a sea view room which was spacious and spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Review 83:Can't think of anything we did'nt like!
Review 84:Pretty much everything - Staff, room, bed, facilities, breakfast. Highly recommend the Burleigh if you're looking for a first class B & B in Hunstanton.
Review 85:Limited car parking spaces available. Parking restrictions apply on the bays outside the guest house from certain times. This is not a moan, just an observation.
Review 86:The warm friendly greeting and introduction upon arrival. Standard of cleanliness in the room and throughout the guest house was excellent. Location is close to the centre of Hunstanton, with everything in easy walkable distance. Excellent breakfast which was included in the price.
Review 87:In an ideal world the room would have been a little bigger but we were extremely lucky to get the last room which was a bit smaller than the others and paid less for it, so we were more than happy to deal with a little less space given the other benefits
Review 88:Breakfast. the staff, the atmosphere - everything really
Review 89:Clean fresh room and small extra touches like a second chair in room so you don't have to sit on the bed. Use of lounge space so a place to linger over papers. If the weather was warm ability to sit outside . Tasty breakfast in breakfast room. Convenient to walk to shops, restaurant or waterfront. Helpful advice about where to eat.
Review 90:Very, very small point. There is never enough milk pots for our self service hot drinks in the room. Then again all the other hotels we stayed at is the same !
Review 91:We did not know what to expect at The Burleigh but came away not being able to fault our stay there at all. Excellent :-)
Review 92:nothing!
Review 93:A very welcoming place to stay.Lovely room, very clean, fantastic breakfasts, quiet,I could go on and on! Would especially recommend to anyone travelling alone.
Review 94:that our stay was so short!!!!!!
Review 95:wonderful hotel, owners give first class service .breakfast with so many options. location near to all amenities. will be back!!! and definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
Review 96:Only problem was their car park. Just across the road. Enough space for 10 cars but no lines painted, so when I did get in I parked close to the chain and 5 got in this side while on the other the old drivers had managed 4. Not the hotels fault but if lines were parked it would be better. As it was I parked int he next street.
Review 97:Friendly. Food was good and plentiful. Place very clean and tidy, large living room for everyone's use. Weather not good enough for use of patio area but it looked fine to me and good spot for the sun. I had the single room which is small but good enough. Shower/bathroom, kettle and drinks provided good and bed fine. Just a small room. I had a bottled local beer one night and it was better than that served in one of the pubs I visited in the town while taking snaps.
Review 98:Thiness of walls was kept awake most of the night by snoring from next room
Review 99:Location to town and beach excellent
Review 100:Just nothing everything as it should be just wish other places would take note
Review 101:Just a superb place to stay for a night or a week, perfect

Review 110:A lovely warm room on ground floor so no stairs to go up.
Review 111:The shower - not enough water pressure.
