All of the apartments have a private balcony that gives you a panoramic view of the Massif de la Vanoise. They are also equipped with a self-catering kitchen area (hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and refrigerator), TV with international channels, private shower or bath and a private balcony or terrace.

Review 1：The room safe didn't work after costing us 10 euro. Possible security issues also.
Review 2：Very self contained, excellent supermarket and very comfortable 3 bed apartment. Views were stunning from the balcony. Loved the pool
Review 3：Difficult to find, we arrived after reception closed and it was a treasure hunt to track down the key!

Review 7：In the website no write that there are few bilding and the swimming pool it is not near to all of them. We was disappointed because the swimming pool (that was my reason to book for this hotel) which you can see on the first photo for the hotel it it was on 30 minutes walk from as. In that bilding (Caribo) there is not restorant. Need of refurbishment. The room was not cleaned.

Address very vague wasn't aware several apartment blocks resulting in friends being 10min walk away when thought we were in same hotel/ apartment. 5. Never really knew how to get to pool shown in brochure? 6. Apartment a bit shabby 7. Only french TV 8. Toilet and bathroom should have been made into one room for extra space

Review 11：The apartment was a bit grubby, it really needs refurbishing and a good clean. The pillows supplied were terrible, best described as small and lumpy scatter cushions (one of which was blood stained). The mattresses were not great but bearable. The windows had air vents that couldn't be closed so on one windy, snowy night, snow was being blown into the bedroom! (masking tape sorted that out). No oven or grill limited cooking options. TV was small for the size of apartment.
Review 12：The apartment was spacious and the block was right on the piste so you could ski to the door. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the dishwasher came in handy. Thick curtains in the bedrooms blocked out the daylight well and the electric heaters kept the apartment warm. WiFi was pretty good. Lots of free parking (although not right by the door).
Review 13：Apartment was far from clean and decor tired - wouldn't want to walk on carpets with bare feet !
Review 14：Hotel was just a flight of steps from centre of town, balcony overlooked town and piste - amazing views, complete ski in/ski out - could have skied into locker room !!!!
Review 15：very disappointing as where we were supposed to be allocated La Thabor we were not. Instead we were allocated apartment at top of resort. It was not next to pool or centre instead we were allocated in apartment as far North as poss 20 mins walk with no taxi's available !!. Very disappointing. Be careful this doesn't happen to you. Complained but no one concerned !

Review 20：The hotel did not inform us how to check in outside reception hours. We came late at night and it was all closed. We called booking emergency line and they didnt know how to help us. By Myself i found a phone number that informed me with a password to a safty locker that has my kye. Took me 2 hours. The hotel should inform the guests and also booking with this check in procedure.
