Review 1：The quiet area it's located in and the peaceful pool made it a very relaxing base. Flora, Costas and their small team are so friendly and welcoming too with nothing being too much trouble. The poolside bar serves the tastiest milkshakes ever and the homemade food is scrumptious. We will return to again.
Review 2：Water was salty (don't open your mouth while taking a shower) and bathroom equipment corroded because of this; wifi only in common areas
Review 3：The room was very nice and clean with a balcony and a good view. The pool was ok, although I would suggest putting some pots with plants/flowers around it. The location is awesome, close to beautiful trails and beaches (take a footpath to Agios Stefanos along the coastline - beautiful and and almost deserted because of no road access. The area is very quiet, there is a supermarket very close to the hotel. The landlady was very helpful and welcoming. Good value for money.

Review 9：I specifically chose this hotel based on the pictures shown onbooking.com, especially the bathroom, which looked quite decent butinstead it was disappointing. There was a sign in the room saying thatin Greece they don't use shower curtains, which is not the caseconsidering that I had been to Greece before and the showers wherelike the rest of Europe. It was an excuse for the short shower curtainwhich was up to my knee and having a shower meant making a major messand there was nothing to dry the floor up as we only had one toweleach to do everything. On request I received a tiny bath rug.Everything was rusted because the water coming out of the tab and theshower is salty and brushing my teeth was disgusting. I was told theychange the towels every 2 days but they changed them only once in aweek. The floor was dirty.
Review 10：The locations was excellent, the road where the hotel is hasrestaurants, supermarkets, the village is only 8 minutes walk and thereare 3 beaches and a petrol station nearby. The woman at the receptionwas friendly and accommodated us with the late check in. The wardrobeand the drawers were clean and tidy, the wardrobe had plenty of room.The veranda was really nice.
Review 11：We are used to a pool bar and there isn't one at St Spiridon but that's not a negative because there are two supermarkets a 30 second walk away which sold everything we needed and good prices. We can't seem to think of anything we didn't like about the place itself though!!
Review 12：We loved the staff they are very welcoming and hospitable. Speaking excellent English and whenever we required something it was arranged straight away. It was very clean and typical Greek style (in a good way) perfect for our needs and would definitely recommend and would definitely go back. The owner flora and her staff were very helpful. Good bar opposite and a ten minute stroll to all the main bars.
Review 13：The air con is at 6€ per day (and worked really bad). Very few parking places. The bathroom was quite dirty and the kitchen forniture was impossible to use because of the rust all over it.
Review 14：Foot distance from Kassiopi and mini markets. Five minutes by car to the nearest beach with sunbeds and ombrellas (Avlaki). Swimmingpool available.
Review 15：i have just got back from staying at the saint spiridon hotel. i had an amazing holiday. the staff were wonderful people very kind. the lady who runs the hotel flora is always there to help and guide you. its in a lovely little village. only 5 minute walk from a beautiful quiet and peaceful little beach. every thing you need is near by. i will be returning next year
Review 16：Our only compliant is that some other customers staying in the room beneath us were disruptive, they came home at 5am and proceeded to drink and yell and play loud music until 6am - there's nothing the staff could have done about this.
Review 17：The staff were excellent, they stayed up until 2am to check us in! And they were so friendly and welcoming and happily moved us to a double bed room when we asked.

Review 24：Very friendly staff of typically basic Greek family run small hotel. Good location on outskirts of Kassiopi which suited us perfectly. Ideally priced for standard of accommodation.
