Review 1：Location of the hotel is very good for skiing, practically at the bottom of the two ski slopes. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and cleanliness is perfect.

Review 4：After we arrived we found out, that our room is prepared only for 1guest, not for 2. Luckily, the chambermaid came immediately after Ipointed it out at the reception desk. Furthermore, in the room was veryhot and we had to sleep with open window whole night (after we turnedoff heating), otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep at all. It wasvery uncomfortable. The staff working in a dining room (restaurant) wasvery badly organized and they weren't able to provide us withinformation concerning serving the evening dinner (some meals wereserved - appetizer and main dish, but some were self-service - soup,dessert). Unfortunately, the served meals were not worth its price(especially the dessert as ice-cream). The behavior of the hotel staffwas (just) ok, but for such price we paid for accommodation I wouldexpect at least smiling. To give a brief summary, you pay mainly for theposition of the hotel and the (very) warm place to sleep. I wouldn'tvisit Tauernkönig next time.

Not unfriendly but very basic service. A bit slow in my view. Long waiting time between courses. Wine was overpriced. Fans in toilets were not working properly.
