Review 1：We gave an arrival time as asked for, I had to phone them to get code to get in then again to see if someone was coming to see us an hour and half after arrival.

Review 3：Even though there was parking on the street we did request a parking space. It wasn't very clear as to where the parking should be.
Review 4：The apartment had everything you could need for a weekend away. Perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the sea front. Nice and quiet area.
Review 5：There is no lift,The stairs are narrow and would not be suitable forpeople with poor mobility. There is lighting if you switch it on.
Review 6：On arrival we telephoned the number given to us via booking.com and alovely lady called Niki answered the telephone. She gave me instructionof the whereabouts of the key safe. Following this a lady who I now knowas Sandra the proprietor, greeted us from the hair saloon next to theapartments, took us up to the apartment a showed us around. Due tonegative reviews we were not expecting much, however when we got intothe apartment we were pleasantly surprised. Although the building is oldthe apartment was decorated in a modern manner with little extratouches. The kitchen is well equipped for a family of 4 with adequatecrocks, pots and pans. Also in the kitchen is a fridge freezer, washingmachine, toaster, microwave, kettle and ceramic hob, electric cookerwith grill. We made some nice meals during our stay. Tea Towel isprovided. The lounge has a leather sofa and chair, the sofa could be alittle more comfy, or maybe I am just spoilt at home. New cushions wereleft for us during our stay, these match the nice curtains. A largedining table and chairs where you can eat your meals. Tv and Blue rayplayer. This is a nice touch… We wish we had taken a few films to watch.The beds and linen is of high quality and the bed were very comfortable, one of my boys stated that it was the best night’s sleep he’d had in a long while. TV’s are in every room, the signal in the double room is a bit patchy.There is a modern bathroom with a double shower, one rain and one normal. The shower is over the bath. The bathroom has a shaver point. Towels are provided, but would be good to take some extra. 2 x Loo rolls were provided.These apartment has an electric meter. We stayed for 3 nights and put £1 coin in everyday, but there was still loads of electric left when we left, so I expect you could put one pound coin in every 2 days.The wi-fi was excellent, when we arrived the lady (Sandra) said the wi-fi could be patchy.

Review 12：Couldn't get into flat - booking confirmation gives a restaurant tele.no. No staff available to actually greet us when we arrived. Stairs were pitch-black & like a death-trap. Microwave not working - note left on it but owner said wasn't aware (previous review states it too though!). Utensils on worktop were covered in dust, glasses in cupboard were filthy. Fire blanket hidden in drawer?!! I had previous emailed the property and let them know what time we expected to arrive - never received a reply. When we did arrive (at time I had stated) there was nobody to greet us - she was at work and we would have to wait until she got back. Pity the website states you can check-in anytime after 2pm (we arrived at 6:20pm). Nothing welcoming available - not even a tea bag. Left 1 toilet roll for a family of 4 for 2 nights. We left after 1 as couldn't stand it.

Review 14：Feedback from past customers appears to be ignored as basic items highlighted remain unchanged Microwave broken - with faded note saying housekeeping were aware. So cheap these days it should have been replaced and would have been very useful to us. Crockery - mismatch of old crockery. 3 plates for a property catering for 4 and tea cups were stained and pretty horrible. Settee is past its best Not even a bottle opener - but plenty of other items that one was unlikely to use

Review 16：Noisy neighbours. Bizarre selection of kitchen equipment- 2 (!) rolling pins but no dishcloth, plate dryer or kitchen roll provided. Washing up liquid and tea towels provided.

Review 21：The Belle-vue apartment was ideal for me and my family with easy walking to the town and sea front. although we did not cook in the Kitchen there was everything we needed but as we only stayed for 2 nights we ate out. We would definitly book again. thank you very much.

Review 24：The flat is on the top floor, and the staircase is rather steep and narrow. Not suited to a disabled person. We would have liked a bit more cutlery and crockery - it was rather minimal (e.g. only 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 plates etc).
Review 25：The flat is very comfortable and clean. It is near the sea front, so ideal for short walks. The area is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. There had been a small problem with a blocked drain in the kitchen before we arrived. This was handled efficiently and effectively. The owners did all our washing up whilst it was sorted out and kept us informed of progress.

Review 27：Probably the living area was the feature most in need of a new sofa, modern accessories and a coffee table of some sort, but who spends much time there when beautiful North Norfolk awaits? Electricity via pound meter not a good feature for a holiday let.
Review 28：Ideally situated near Hunstanton sea front, Belle Vue is a clean well appointed apartment. Don't expect a sea view unless you are on the top floor holding a telescope, but do expect high quality bathroom and kitchen. Nice garden. Overall, a pleasing base for seaside jaunts.
Review 29：Our apartment was on the top floor and the stairs were very narrow in places. The door to our apartment was a sliding door which was straight off the narrow stairs and quite difficult to open especially if you were carrying anything.

Review 36：Everything! This apartment deserves its 4 stars, home from home, modern décor, clean, comfortable. Sea view. Very spacious, great for a family. Kitchen well equipped with even washing machine and microwave. Bonus was beds made up on arrival and towels provided.

Review 40：everything, it was spacious, fully equiped with kichenalia. bed linen and towels provided and very close to the sea front. visit chives it is well worth the visit. we will definitely be going back. you do have to pay for your electricity by a meter but £1 will last you at least a day if not longer so do not be put off by this.

Review 69：Unfriendly and unhelpful welcome; no instructions for electricity, wifi, heating; only towels for two, hardly any toilet paper left; kitchen equipment poor, no tea towels, cutlery poor, no washing up liquid or sponge; but worst was the smell from pets in the staircase and the amount of pet hairs left on the carpet on the stairs.
