Review 11：The best B&B I've stayed in! I was on my own as I was at a wedding locally, the owners were so friendly and welcoming they made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable with a great selection of tea, coffee etc, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was gorgeous with such a good range of food available the next day. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this to anyone, and will definitely stay here again! 10/10
Review 12：Karen & her husband were there to greet us and had made provision for us to store all our 8 bicycles securely overnight. The rooms were beautiful and the selection and quality of the breakfast was utterly amazing (found out later they have won an award for their breakfast, and deservedly so!). Lovely, warm and friendly couple who couldn't do enough for us.

Review 16：An excellent small hotel set in a quiet location handy for the Lake District. The owners are very helpful and friendly who clearly attend to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious and we had a sea view. We are retired and travel a lot and therefore appreciated the off street parking, fast broadband and excellent breakfasts. Review 17：Warm welcome and attentive introduction to rooms. Good advise re eating out options. Fab breakfast that catered for all needs - there was 3 generations of us ranging from 20's through to nearly 70! All with different dietary needs! Hope to return sooner rather than later - would recommend happily.
Review 18：And already decided to join again next visit... I have to confess, I always preferred an appartment, though I won't prepare any meal, or stay there over day. But I really like to have a modern, spacious bathing room ( absolutely fullfilled), and the possi ility to wash or haved wash my clothes regularly, because I perform a lot of sporting things, and I cuold not stay the idea of leaving piles of sweaty or even muddy things for two or more weeks. Because there wasn't something available, I decided to choose a B&BHotel this time, and my expectations were absolutely more than fulfilled. The room and the bath are spacious, well equipped, tidy and clean. The owners are real darlings; the man of the house carried my really heavy luggage upstairs, without the need of beeing asked, the house's woman watched me wanting to fetch my worn clothes to the local laundry, and offered me to and did washing and drying by her own ( I am really grateful, yes, I am). The whole atmosphere feels familiar and nice. Yes, I am sure to return next year, be assured. Thank you, and I hope your next guests will enjoy, too.
Review 19：The staff were very friendly and catered to Ranj's vegetarian diet at breakfast. It was "like being at home!" Which is fantastic when you are travelling away from home for work.
