Review 1：The biggest problem for me that was after driving 12 hours I really wanted to have a good night sleep but they put me in a room where at seven in the morning workers were doing maintenance outside. It was too noisy and annoying. Also the everything in the room was too small like the bed and the shower. They did not provide any kind of toiletries even the more common ones like shampoo and soap, they only have a liquid soap dispenser that it's not even a quality one. In general I did not like the hotel and I would not recommend it.

Review 2：The only good thing about this place was the staff. They were really helpful and even the made us some dinner even when the kitchen was closed already.

Review 3：Was there for a friends wedding so stayed overnight. Our room was fantastic very roomy, clean, tidy & the decor was stunning. Staff were very helpful & polite. Buffet breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 9：The hotel is well within walking distance of Broughty Ferry shops and facilities plus the leisure clud provide somewhere to unwind after seeing any sorrounding cities,towns and sights.

Review 10：This was an in-transit, overnight stop for us. Location was a little out of the way for major highways. Also we stayed right above the kitchen, and so we got to smell fish and chips until the restaurant closed. For most travelers, however, this facility should be good.

Review 11：Staff was great. Both dinner and breakfast the next morning were good. We had a big room with a big bathtub which the wife liked. Safe neighborhood and good parking.

Review 12：The staff where amazingly helpful ... and it was a wonderful place to stay - 10 out of 10. I had a prblem with the Wi Fi connection and without discussion - I was moved room. Nothing was a problem, to the staff - excellent service.
