Reviews for Davaar House Hotel
Review 1:Excellent value, very clean and friendly staff with a very nice lounge and well stocked bar. Just a short walk from the town centre in a quiet neighborhood.
Review 2:The bedroom was very tired and very small. The TV was on the window sill with no plug anywhere near to watch it. The bed was too soft.
Review 3:The staff were lovely. The breakfast was amazing. The dining room has been very tastefully decorated. Parking was great.
Review 4:Nothing we disliked during our 2 day stay. Found it very relaxing.

Review 8:Comfortable room in a pleasant, traditional, period house. Service was warm and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Not too far from the town centre and the historical attractions of Dunfermline. Plenty parking. I would happily return.
Review 9:Incredibly nice couple who can't do enough for you. Russel even gave me a lift to the railway station when I left. Can't recommend the place highly enough.
Review 10:There was nothing to dislike about Davaar House Hotel.
Review 11:The welcome that we received on arrival from the south of England was fantastic, with teas and cakes provided to help refresh us after our journey which included our flights and a two and a half hour traffic jam due to a major accident. The breakfasts were both hearty and very well prepared. We enjoyed one evening meal and were asked what we would like to eat. Haggis, 'Neeps and Tatties' were the preference of the day, which were topped of by an excellent Whisky sauce. Our hosts certainly know how to prepare and present their dishes. The rooms were comfortable but are under review for updating by Annie and Russell who have only owned the property for 6 months. I have no hesitation in recommending Davaar house.
Review 12:If i had to be picky about anything it would be that the bathroom in our room was a little dated but very useable.
