Review 1：This was not our first stay in this hotel. Everything was excellent. Again helpful staff, diner in hotel restaurant was delicious(wiener schnitzel), location in the heart of the Xmass market. Thank you to the owner of this hotel for making our stay the memorable one.

Review 2：NO PARKING at this hotel and NO PARKING PASS for the nearby parking garage was provided when I requested this in advance. Most St. Wolfgang hotels will provide a parking pass (or card) for the nearby parking garage at a FIXED rate. I knew this and requested such a pass for my rental car in advance. BUT no pass was provided by this hotel and I was told to take my car to an uncovered lot which was a half-mile away. I protested this nonsense vigorously and got them to compensate for their oversight and lack of judgment. Please NOTE, if you take your car to the nearby parking garage without a Hotel Fixed-rate Pass, that will cost you 12-18 Euro's per day!! Do NOT accept anything less than a Fixed-Rate-Parking-Pass from ANY St. Wolfgang Hotel.

Review 6：We had a dinner at the dining room . We had rump steak which was not very good. But Snitzel was very good. Wifi is on the slow side.

Review 7：The furnitures and fixtures of my room was new, as if just renovated. A lift is available. My room has a balcony ( specified in the price) which opens onto a quiet street, with very nice view of the mountain, esp on early morning. A rest and chat on the balcony for fresh air was very enjoyable.

Review 8：A bit noisy occasionally when neighbouring hotels had deliveries,but to be fair we were in the centre of the village and, we did have windows open as it was so warm.

Review 9：Very nice,spotless and well equipped room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location,lots of activity takes place outside. Food very good and reasonably priced with a nice outside area, which appears to be popular with the locals also.

Review 10：Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant allows smoking while breakfast is being served. It was my impression that some locals like to drop by in the morning for a coffee and a few cigarettes at the small bar. The problem is that the bar is in the same room as the breakfast buffet, and it's right next to the non-smoking dining area, with no way to seal the two areas off from one another. This means you get to smell cigarette smoke while visiting the buffet and while eating your breakfast if anyone's smoking in the smoking area. Not so pleasant at 8AM. I think the hotel should really consider forbidding smoking in the restaurant, at the very least during breakfast. Other than that, the breakfast buffet is pretty good. I'd give 3 of 4 stars for the food at breakfast, but I have to subtract a star for the smoking issue. On the location, although it's central and has nice views of the town center, and although it's only one row of buildings removed from the lake, you can't see the lake from the hotel, at least not from the first 3 floors. It might just be visible from the top floor, but I can't say, since we stayed one floor down. If you want to have a lake view from your balcony, you'll need to look for another place in St. Wolfgang.

Review 11：Can't get more central than this in St. Wolfgang. The views from the balconies are nice, although you can't see the lake. The personnel are friendly and the price is reasonable, I think, for the location. The hotel manager agreed to send an extra copy of my bill via email after I managed to lose the hard copy I received at checkout.

Review 13：Everything... Excellent location in the center of Christmas market. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel for great hospitality. We felt like at home. Excellent breakfast and very tasty restaurant for the evening dinner.

Review 14：It is situated in the very center of the town. Tasty cuisine, polite stuff, warm, cosy atmosphere, clean rooms, nice view through the windows. Public entertainments take place in front of the hotel. Makes you feel like coming back.
