Review 1：5th floor rooms don't have windows that open so it felt suffocating to me. Had to change the room.

Review 3：Love the location as it's easy access to many attractions and good restaurants. The pizza from the restaurant next door L'Osteria is good. The staff are simply wonderful. The hotel is super clean and within walking distance from New to Old Town. Will stay there again on our next visit :)

Review 4：The window in our room faced a wall so we got very little natural light. The room also felt a bit stuffy, probably because the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work.

Review 5：This hotel had absolutely outstanding service. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive during our 3-night stay, making sure we had all we needed, providing restaurant recommendations and calling the restaurant to see if they had any space.

Review 6：Start using your "don't disturb" sign as soon as you move in. Especially if you want to get a proper sleep in the morning. Otherwise cleaning personnel starts knocking at your door at 8.30 and every 40 minutes onwards. .

Review 8：This hotel does not offer rooms with more than one bed, which we did not know before arriving (rather late at night, I may add). I was travelling with my mother, and we did not wish to stay in the same bed. However, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and was willing to do anything they could to help us! What great people, and what a great place!

Otherwise, the hotel is at great location, very nice, clean, we got great big room... So all in all, we were really happy with our decision to stay in Star Inn.

The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was quite modern. Room was clean and functional. Location to Old Salzburg Town was absolutely excellent. We were able to walk to the Town and to the nearby Mirabell Palace and Gardens. If we returned to Salzburg we would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

They were super organised and even put all of the guests on the same floor. The penthouse is unreal and way worth the money. Maria was our main organiser and she was fabulous as we're the rest of the staff. They even left a gift and note for us wishing us congratulations! The fAct that they were so amazing with a difficult booking leads me to believe they are super fabulous! The location is perfect, the rooms beautiful and clean, the breakfast well worth the cost. Review 102：Fabulous, amazing, wonderful!!! I stayed for my wedding and booked 6 different rooms...my partner and I had the penthouse....unreal!!! Waaaay worth the money! All my guests were put on the same floor which made it super easy. They were wonderfully helpful in terms of everything including allowing g random hairdressers, make up artists etc in. Even if this wasn't my wedding hotel I would recommend massively as I've stayed in Salzburg before and this is by far the best ever. Amazing location, staff and breaky :)

Review 104：We weren't told that to get the hotel rate for parking at a public garage, we had to validate the ticket at the hotel. Therefore, we had to pay the full rate. It was also a little tricky figuring out where the place is. You can't drive next to it unless you have a code to get past the blockades. Review 114：The first room we were given the air conditioning did not work, and the temperature was 37deg! The floor of the room had not been cleaned and there was dirt lying around including somebody's nail clippings. The second room we were moved to was so small it was difficult to enter with suitcases because of the wardrobe and the shower door could not be opened fully as it was restricted by the toilet and the sink unit. Also although the air conditioning appeared to work it was not able to keep the temperature in the room at a comfortable level.
