Review 1：I adored the old building and decoration. Stuff was very warm. Even it was too early for breakfast when we were leaving, chief didn't let us go hungry. He made quick but most delicious sandwiches for us to eat at ferry. Thank you for warm welcoming! next time we will not look for a hotel, because we know where to stay :)

Review 2：Poor wifi connection in the room. Barking of the dog of the hotel during the night.

Review 4：Second floor rooms have skylights only and no windows. Was not clear during reservation. Not bad for a short stay， better book in advance to get the first floor rooms.

Review 5：Nice old mansion converted into small hotel in a nice part of Chios. Better to have a car，since it is not at the city center. Very friendly personnel，tasty breakfast. Very clean and comfy.

Review 6：Wedding reception was held on the evening we stayed. It was very noisy and we did not get any sleep. Parking was full due to wedding guests and we had to park our car across the street. We should not pay full price and should have been advised of possible disruption or better yet they should not have accepted reservations for rooms, knowing that it would be unfair to hotel guests.

Review 8：This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. And none of the staff is staying in the hotel after 9 pm and we were staying at the ceiling where there was no one except us. So we got really frightened that we even could not close the room door. And at our floor there was no light, it was totally dark at night. I definitely do not recommend this abondened, creepy hotel to anyone.

Review 15：.... but... the hotel looks nice and clean, but first of all it is not a traditional Kambos house, it is a new building. For those who want to stay in somewhere local and traditional I would not recommend. As the hotel has 16 rooms it is far from a small boutique hotel. The atmosphere is not like you are staying in a friendly Kambos family hotel. If you wish to feel this I would not recommend to stay here...

Review 17：A bit out of the way, need transportation for everything. Several km to the city. Actually no minus point from me since I had Suzi the motorcycle with me. More on the positive side since there was no city noise. Wedding celebration keeps the volume up; again, no minus point from me since for that reason I carry ear plugs with me on all travels. I bet I could have joined if I had wanted. The position on the south side of the runway is not a real problem since you don't hear the landings on both runway directions. The takeoff to the north is audible but only with open window, and then not disturbing (earliest at 7 in the morning, latest at 10:30 in the evening). The departure to the south makes noise, disturbing for about 3 to 4 seconds with open window). But who wants to sleep in his room at 10:30 on Chios ... close the window!

Review 18：I was there for motorcycle tours on Chios, so only for the night in the Villa. Nice large room with simple but effective, nice and clean interior, bathroom comfortable, breakfast good in a very nice restaurant. I don't know about the restaurant facilities, went downtown to the harbor for that.
