Review 1：appereciate late september is end of season -but toilet bins emptied only every two or three days-snack bar closed most days a 18.00.

Review 6：This was my third consecutive stay at Philippos.I can't fault it in any way.Spiros and Jenny are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.Location is brilliant,rooms basic but everything you need,pool area good with plenty of sunbeds.The pool bar is well stocked and able to buy snacks through the day.Spiros and Jenny will arrange a taxi to pick you up from the airport. There are plenty of bars tavernas,restaurants,shops in Kassiopi. I will be back!

Review 9：air conditioning was not working properly water was running down the inside wall most nights and dripping on the floor keeping us both awake and flooding the floor (we had to keep piling towels below to try to soak up the water ) ( wet tiled floors are extremely dangerous ) / was reported three times ( at least ) but was never resolved (probably still doing it?) needs looked at urgently

Review 12：We stayed in the new apartaments (single room apartment with the kitchen in the same room, and a bathroom): Very complete of all comforts! Air conditioning included in the price, plus a ceiling fan, cooktop plus a little oven, fridge. Every three days the room is cleaned and the towel and sheets are changed. Very good! There's the pool with a bar outside. We were a little far from the pool so that the environment was very very silent also during the day.

Review 14：The rooms were large and the pool and surrounding area had a nice holiday atmosphere. The English Breakfast was large and reasonably priced, as were the cocktails!

The apartment was spacious and although we only stayed there for 3 nights we were allocated a room with beautiful mountain/pool views. Air con was included in the price which was good value. Go to eat at Janis restaurant if you love seafood, you won't be disappointed!

Review 40：Supposed to be serviced every other day, but after the second day not serviced we told reception that we had been missed. Still had to wait until the next morning. Meanwhile, had to use limp towels for the sixth time. Kitchen really isn't a kitchen - no space to prepare anything and very few facilities - so don't plan to cook. Bathroom not as clean as we would like - shower hose grimy and shower tray felt gritty on first use.

Review 42：Lovely apartment 5 minutes walk from the harbour and lots of nice restaurants and bars. This was our first visit to Kassiopi and it's definitely the nicest resort on the island. The pool and complex are beautifully kept and we'd recommend a holiday here

Kitchen basic but did the business for the 2 of us. Beds quite hard but didn't bother me. Bar by pool good and included a massive breakfast for 4euros. Bathroom clean. New tiles every other day. Pleasant staff. Inflatables by pool so no needs to buy and always sun beds available. Centrally located just off the main road and only 5min from both harbour and beach. Would go again. Lovely place.

Review 58：The beds. They are very hard, but you get used to them:-) And ..just a minor grumble..change the shower head mounting fittings. An adjustable shower head mount would make the showers much more useable, but this may just have been our room.

Review 59：Nice clean family friendly apartments. Rooms are basic but clean. They were cleaned regularly and the towels and bed linen were changed often. Nice pool to keep kids happy, with bar serving snacks to keep adults happy. Good location, not in the busy part but close enough to walk into the village. Spiros, Jenny and the rest of the staff were very friendly Would not hesitate to go back.

Review 60：No cleaning i 4 nights, no new towels, only garbage taken out. On the wall in the bathroom there was poo from last guests! They charged 5 euros for safety box. Hard beds as everywhere on Corfu, it seems. Mosquitoes, need repellent and spray rooms.

Review 61：Kassiopi is a very small village, so everything you need is close regardless where you sleep. Beautiful large double pool, and this was very clean. Lots of sun beds.

The central, but quiet, location was really good and within minutes of various restaurants and supermarkets. The air con. was very effective and incl. in the price. All in all, we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend Philippos Hotel.

Review 64：The apartment was too basic for our liking. The smell from the floor drains in the bathroom was overpowering at times. The electric kettle had to be balanced on top of the plastic pedal bin. Had to pay 25 euros for use of courtesy room.

Poolside bar is well stocked and friendly staff make you feel welcome. Fresh lemons fall off he trees around you and taste great!
