Review 1：Bathroom floor a little dirty on arrival but room in general clean. No sugar for cereals at breakfast only cubed sugar.

Review 3：smokers standing infront of the main door, had to walk through them and a member of staff to get in, decor was a bit tired(c1985)and the bed was bit low, tv was small, couldn't really lie in bed to watch it.

Review 36：On arrival we were pointed to our room and after being in there for 5 minuets my daughter needed to use the toilet and as she lifted the lid there was human feces still in there and the chain would not flush so we contacted reception and were changed rooms to which we entered and there were towels all over the floor the beds were not made and had black stains down them so once again we contacted reception and were asked to go back down as there were no more rooms ready, this was very frustrating and our young daughter was very tired, we waited a while before being pointed out to a new room all the time not being apologized to. During the night the noise kept us all awake and the breakfast was really poor, all in all it was a very poor stay and on departure we were still not apologized to and ordered to pay full price for what would have been a better stay in our car

Review 38：The staff were slow. The breakfast was rubbish. They ran out and took ages to re-stock. Not even a sorry just said oh have we run out of everything and laughed then took about 15 minutes to get things there. The room was not clean and stunk. We had 1 towel between us for a shower with no soap or shampoo either. Also a nice selection of hairs in the bathroom just want we wanted. Must say we hadn't paid for these so their is a plus side to them. Overall the place has gone down hill and maybe you should send a member of your staff there to have a look.

Room was clean and tidy, very hot with radiator on, although were able to adjust by turning the control. We were happy with the price; meal deal; room; hotel in general; the food and our time there. Staff were attentive to our needs. For a budget hotel it has budget facilities with great food. We would go there again.

Review 142：The taxi fare was expensive £16 from the station due to it being xmas eve so possibly the hotel is a bit far out of the town for me as a non driver in future. Or perhaps you could give people guidance as to which taxi firms to use for value of money or buses to catch?

Review 143：I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. I loved the bath. Nice to be able to buy a sandwich at the bar and then be allowed to take it to my room. I didn't feel able to eat a big meal due to late arrival so sandwiches a great idea. The bed was a little too firm for me. Perhaps you have rooms with softer beds??
