Reviews for CGH Résidences & Spas Les Chalets Du Gypse

Review 1:For the cost, I expected to get the apartment cleaned every day. I was disappointed to learn we had to clean, unmake beds and take out the rubbish.

Review 2:Location was fantastic as it is within a small town and not purely a resort. This allowed us to mix in and support the local community a little more.

Review 3:no WiFi access in the room. WiFi only available in reception, and that had limited opening times. This was an inconvenience as I had expected to be able to work during my stay.

Review 4:Size of the apartment and the pool and leisure facilities

Review 5:The wifi access was not sufficient for a chalet that accomodated 6 people. Also, we would have used the lounge & pool table, if they had been available during the times we were in the chalet. Finding the lounge area (which included the pool table), closed at 7pm was disappointing.

Review 6:Location and facilities were wonderful, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The chalet was a good size and quite comfortable, and the terrace overlooking the piste was a wonderful surprise! The bakery service was fantastic and we wish we had used it every day!

Review 7:The master bed was a bit small - would have preferred 2 singles pushed together. No prep space in the kitchen.

Review 8:The location is the best thing - you can ski straight back to the chalet, the village is lovely and not too big.

Review 9:didn't like the poor internet connection

Review 10:the helpful staff to ordering your bread and breakfast through the reception staff

Review 11:Wi-fi free but needed to keep re-logging in.

Review 12:Ski in ski out. Well equipped and comfortable modern apartment. Quiet. Nice pool.

Review 13:The room was bare and felt like something was missing in the living room, no where to prepare food.

Review 14:That staff were really helpful and approachable.

Review 15:Beds were quite small and not very comfortable as you might expect in that standards.

Review 16:Very thin walls. We were a group of frineds, so kids were an irritating factor. Lots of kids in the pool and spa area - a large group of kids and teenagers were definetely not staying at the hotel. Wifi is free, but only for 2 devices at a time. Poor and slow connection.

Review 17:Ski in/ ski out location, spacious rooms, two bathrooms. Very cute village, especially comparing to the rest in Three Valleys. Good access to Val T. Great view from the room and from the pool. Comfy beds. Balconies on both sides of the apartment. Ideal place for families with kids or for those who want to escape French blocks of flat type of architecture in other resorts.

Review 18:Reception! Lady was not friendly, really rude. I said: "Surprise for us!In your country we first time meet а rude attitude." She said: "It isnot my country..." That's all...

Review 19:All things were good, except the reception.
