Review 1：It looks like a very old hotel that had a bit of a facelift. There was a musty smell on the staircase. The lift was scary but worked. The aircon didn't work (or we didn't know how to get it to work).

Review 2：This was just a place to sleep while on a road trip so we didn't really care about facilities, location etc. Reception was friendly and the bed was fairly comfortable. We had a nice sunset view over the sea from our balcony.

Review 3：The hotel was very old and tired. The room was very basic and if you happened to be on the first floor, you could see mould on the walls. I felt that the price of €60 was definitely no value for money.

Review 5：Perfectly located rooms , friendly staff and a beautiful beach few meters from the hotel, with perfect service. I enjoy sleeping with the windows open ,the sea breeze is soothing and the sound of the sea is mesmerizing.

Review 9：Excellent location for exploring by car (try ancient Messini), staff even lent us guide books and maps. Breakfast plentiful, typical Greek Continental. Basic, comfy, functional room, cleaned every day, the triple has a huge balcony. They have their own area of beach with beds and parasols within a few paces. Staff very friendly & helpful. Recommend Kalo Nero sea front for eating. Just loved it!

Review 10：Rooms are not completely soundproof, especially from above, but oneaccepts this in Greece! A 10 minute walk up a slight hill to the towncentre could be tiring.

Review 11：The room was large, the balcony looked over the Messinian Gulf, and wehad all we wanted. At £3 euros each, the breakfast, with good filtercoffee, was very good value. It was lovely to hear the sea at night, andwatch the sunset.

Review 12：Next to the city center and to the beach , just in the middle way from both. Nice terrace where having breakfast. Parking and wifi available. And first of all, the staff is really kind: I needed to print flight tickets and they helped me. I suggest this hotel for visiting Kyparissia and Messinia.

Review 13：It was good for one night but we would definitely not stay there longer. NO Air Conditioning. Weak WiFi signal. Loud music during the night from the beach (from some Club). Cable TV with no signal. While the owner was friendly, there was one more guy (probably his brother) who was very negative and unfriendly, never smiled but was always around staring at us, grunting in Greek, couldn't say a word in English. The "Blue-Flag awarded beach of Lagoudi" was nothing special, we've seen much nicer beaches in Greece.
