Review 1：The room smelt strongly of dampness. The bathroom was small and the shower mouldy. It didn't correspond to the ''junior suite'' we thought we had booked
Review 2：Basil Fawlty has met his match here. The Lady manager was grumpy, wouldnot try to communicate. Her young offsider was no better. We booked aseaview room but were put in a backroom. After about 1 minute weestablished that we could have a seaview room. Very very bad!!! Theycould speak English after all

Review 4：first night was a little roudy in the hotel as some of the guests were partying at 3 in the morning, knocking on my daughters bedroom door, there seemed to be no intervention from staff typicall the area is not a place frequented by the English, no restauranr menues in Englist and few English speakers. some could say this is a positive, and a good reason to come to the area.

Review 8：Bathroom ridiculously narrow and gas got no windows but one small light. It was so dark and wet/steaming all the time we had to leave the doors open to get rid of the steam but the room got smelled like a toilet. No blinds just a very old curtain with "granny smell". No fridge or safe in the room. Staff wasnt vert nice with us. Looked at me a bit funny when i asked for 2 plates and a knife to have some breakfast in my room.

Review 14：When we arrived we couldn't check in as there was a member of staff who was unable to speak a word of English but came after food on the beach to a lovely polite English speaking girl.
Review 15：Right on the beach and next to shop and petrol garage. A short walk along a beautiful boulevard to the pubs and supermarket! Ask for a sea view room!
Review 16：I was not impressed by the fact that our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay, I asked why at reception and got a cock and bull story about the door being locked. This is fairly normal in my experience when a guest has gone out for the day. Coming back to an untidy room with no clean towels and 2 children under 3 is not my idea of fun. To be fair I was issued with towels by the receptionist but had to make the beds myself.

Review 19：Pleasant helpful staff A stones throw from the beach. Lovely view from room. Within walking distance along promenade to bars and restaurants aplenty.
Review 20：It is next to a night club, which plays very loud music. The club does nor close till after 3:30 a.m. and then there are noisy revelers outside till well after 4:30 a.m. So no one gets much sleep. This is not a hotel that I would recommend.

Review 42：There was no lift, and the hotel truly needs a face-lift. Our room was nothing like the pictures on their website : it was on the shabby and dirty looking side, with old blankets and sad looking furnitures and walls.
Review 43：Everybody at the desk and in the hotel was truly friendly. For instance, I received several emails ahead to plan our arrival. Also, it was fine to park (May is not high season) for free quite close to the hotel, and we had a upper room with a nice side view on the sea. The bathroom was newer than the rest of the room, with good water pressure in the shower.
Review 44：Small parking area, no guaranteed parking - first came first served. The rooms have poor furniture, broken lamp in room 106. A bulb was burned but not replaced by hotel staff. Photos of rooms are different than in reality - in fact they are smaller and not so nice Breakfasts are poor
