Guesthouse The Cabana sells fast on our site. The Cabana is situated just a 2-minute walk from the best stretch of beach in Clacton and overlooks the outdoor bowling green and the glimmering sea beyond. Wi-Fi is free.
The rooms are en suite or have their own private bathroom. Facilities include tea/coffee, an LED flat-screen TV, and some of the rooms have sea views.
In the morning, breakfast is served in the dining room. It is made from fresh products and includes vegetarian and children’s meals options.

Review 3：Just one small gripe. We stayed in room 1. The door was extremely hard to open/close because it has not been adjusted properly to allow for the deep pile carpet. Apart from that we have nothing but praise!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well looked after. It was a lovely location and very close to the sea and about 10minutes walk to the pier. Parking was great as parked directly opposite & not having to move for the duration of our stay & was free. We would definitely recommend & we will be back for longer next time. Thank you for making our few days so relaxed & great.
Review 22：Room door had broken handle and was very hard to open due to carpet and door closer not being adjusted properly.. Door handle was replaced the next day but didn't make the door any easier to open. WiFi was very weak at the top of the house and could only just get a signal which dropped on occasion, need a wifi repeater on the upper floors

Review 26：Very welcoming, good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast excellent good sized portion. As a single person traveller security is paramount having your own entry key allows one to come and go without worry.

Proprietors were very helpful and understanding that I arrived late due to horrendous traffic in London during a tube strike. Breakfast was fine and I would rate the Cabana (which means little hut in Spanish) as well worth staying in.

Review 80：The hotel is well located for the coast and just about walkable to the centre of Clacton. We were all made extremely welcome on arrival and the rooms were well fitted out with lovely views towards the coast and the breakfast was excellent.
Review 81：Sound insulation to next room was poor. The bed needs to be moved to allow another bedside cabinet as there was nowhere to put glass of water or read from a bedside lamp. Also you couldn't get out of bed very easily on the side against the wall. No bathmat as you step out of shower.

Review 94：We stayed here for two nights after being recommended by family who live local, we originally booked a sea view room but due to previous guests not leaving the room in a good state Mark rang to explain that we had to move to a twin room but would try to move us to another sea view room if he could as this was a special occasion for me and hubby, unfortunately Mark was unable to so we had the twin and a lovely bottle of wine was left for us to share, the room was comfortable The breakfast was lovely and both mark and his wife made us feel very welcome, I dont normally stay in B&Bs but I would stay in this one again but would make sure I could have a double room and not a twin.

I wasn't expecting to stay in Clacton overnight but having had to because of car problems, I am glad I found a great b and b which I would definitely recommend to others.
