Review 2：Rooms are good, the bed was very nice. Good location, wifi was working, and the most important, it was quiet.

Review 3：A little more variety at breakfast would be nice. The yogurt was very good.

Review 4：The owners were so nice. The pool was very clean. The rooms were on par with the value. Views were spectacular off the balconies. Don't miss Billy's restaurant just down the street for a real Greek Taverna experience.

Review 6：Great clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great pool, views and lovely beach. Stayed 6 nights 28th July to 3rd August. Saw 2 loggerhead turtles each 1m long whilst snorkelling off main beach which was very exciting.

Review 7：The pool is closed between 2:30 and 5:30 in the afternoon, not sure why.

Review 9：This isn't the fanciest of places but the staff is excellent and friendly, it has a great pool and beautiful deck for breakfast, it's on the harbor, and it's a phenomenal value. We've stayed at the Kyparissia Beach Hotel the last 3 times we've visited family in Messinia and we'll keep coming back!

Review 25：Would have been nice to have had proper orange juice for breakfast instead of orange drink, although the fresh bread was delicious, and overall the breakfast was good value for money.

Review 26：Very friendly, helpful management & staff. Good room, bit dated in style, but spotlessly clean and everything in working order. Public areas also good. Off-street parking was a bonus. Free wi-fi had an excellent signal.

Review 27：not the hotel's fault, but the beach is a an unpleasant mess that I would not want to use, and the port is an enormous concrete bowl, built, it seems, more out of optimism than realism, and containing a dozen boats in an arena built for hundreds; it has less character than a lavatory pan, and the town itself is much the same. I specifically asked for a room with a double bed, and was given one with 2 singles. the mechanical plug in the basin did not work, and the shower-head did not fit the fixture on the wall, meaning that you could neither wash nor shower satisfactorily. two electric sockets were dangerously loose in the wall, and the floor had not been cleaned under the bed. I would not use this hotel again; more to the point, I can think of no reason why I would again visit Kyparissia. the hotel was like an oasis in a barren desert, except that even the desert is said to have some charm.

Review 28：use co-ordinates in the satnav to get you to the hotel. breakfast was ample continental buffet, though everything was of the processed variety and the orange was not juice. mattress on bed was hard, which I like; some may not.

Review 33：The hotel is quite old and should be renewed, many services described on the page in booking.com are not available like laundry, ironing, in-room safe box. There is only a "central safe-box" that only the owner knows, and you must give him your things, write a list on piece of paper and then sign it. Of course if you leave your wallet to the owner, he will ask you to shows him how many money you have inside and write it on the list! Then wi-fi line was not working in the room for three days. The day we arrived the room was not well cleaned and we discovered hairs and different stains on the floor. After complaining about this with cleaning ladies, they cleaned room very well but avery single morning there was a strong smell of ammoniac. Towels are changed not every day but every one day and Bed sheet are so old that have small holes. Air Conditioning very noisy, especially during the night. Breakfast not bad buy always exactly the same, always the same cake, juices etc. Lastly the hotel does not have a private beach but only a swimming pool. The touristic beach is 1km off the hotel and in front of the hotel there is only a port. The way to the beach in the night is really dark and not safe to do by walking because there are no lights. After staying in 6-7 hotels in Greece, unfortunately I must say that this is well below the standard for a 3 stars hotel, even a pension in Nafplio was much better and it costed 35% less. I'm sorry for the owner who is not a bad person but doesn't realize that probably he should do something more for his structure..

Excellent Pool and really nice free breakfast buffet. Seems to be the best hotel in the area which is under an hour to Ancient Olympia.

Review 39：I didn't realize it at the time but the town is really located much more near the castle - that's where the tavernas and life really are. So in that respect the location perhaps wasn't the best. But we were going for beach, and this was the closest to that (with a view).
