Review 10：The only thing I would say was that it was a little old fashioned with the bedroom furniture but nothing would stop us staying here again.

Review 13：Was just myself and my 3 year old son. My son got spoilt at breakfast. They couldn't do enough for you. The location was Right on the seafront couldn't ask for better
Review 14：Our TV had broke the first night we stayed so I mentioned it to one of the owners they said they would look at it, few hours later they then said to us that it didn't break by itself and we had broken it, safe to say I was outraged. It had also been quite cold, and of course the heating did not work in our room. Never again.

Review 18：The bed was changed a few times during our stay which is a tad frustrating as I find it hard to settle in a bed that isn't my own. I'd just get used to it and it would change. It also didn't help that when they changed the sheets they replaced them with sheets that had stains on them.

Review 27：Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. When I made the booking I asked if they could give us a room with a sea view and they immediately obliged. Very clean rooms and good free wifi signal. The best thing though was the breakfast which was not buffett but cooked freshly for each of us. The attendance of the staff was heartwarming. Review 28：Very friendly, helpful owners. The room was cleaned each day, and the whole building was kept in top condition. The house is 1 minute from the promenade and 5 minutes from the pier. I would recommend this house to everyone. If you are travelling with a dog, the owners are also very accommodating. All in all 10 out of 10.
Review 29：It was very difficult to take a shower: zero pressure and you need to wait done time until you get a warm water.Everything in the bathroom was wobbly and felt like it was going to fall apart. TV "froze"on the second day.The bed linen was stained.

Review 57：The property is a beautiful highly maintained building; the decor and storage facilities are large and of fine quality; the room my mother and I stayed in was huge and beautifully decorated; location excellent and both the owners and staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble; cleanliness was excellent and the bbreakfast plentiful and delicious.

Review 66：Finding what looked like pet hair on cover on smaller bed so my daughter ended up sleeping next to me. Bug in bathroom :-(. Film of dust on bedstead. I wiped it clean. Old carpet. We never put our bare feet on it. Had I realised pets were allowed, I wouldn't of stayed.
