Apartment Kasimis sells fast on our site. Kasimis is a family-run complex, located in the centre of Kyparissia, just 500 feet from Ai Lagoudis Beach. It offers a swimming pool and spacious studios with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea.
All studios at the Kasimis have modern decoration with tiled floors and iron beds. Each includes a kitchenette with a fridge and kitchenware. All units are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.
Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast near the swimming pool.

Review 1：The loo brush was disgusting and should have been replaced years ago. The shower was mouldy. There were none of the usual things for a self catering facility ie cloth, tea towel. We stayed for 2 nights and this was the only time on our 3 week travels where they did not come in to clean the room or make the bed. We went from here to stay in a modern, spotless hotel in Katakolo (Orizontes) which we paid the same price for as this one which did not make sense!!! They definitely need to hire a new cleaner!!
Review 2：The breakfast was plentiful and served in yr room with fresh bread and toasted sandwich. George the son was very helpful about where to eat and the Old town at the top of the town was an amazing place to eat at great value on both nights.

Review 4：Great location. Short walk into town, right by the beach. Big, very clean room. I didn't use the cooking facilities but they looked fine. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Review 9：The owner Jorgos was incredible. I had an accident with my motorbike and he took me to the hospital, brought me all the things I needed and picked me up when I was released.
Review 10：I could say that there were a litle bit noise but this is a problem of the town. There are a lot motorbykes that make a lot of noise.
Review 11：Everything was well organized. I had nothing to concern about. The breakfast was good and there were many choices. The room was clean and comfortable. Air Condition, TV and other devices are in exelent quality, clean and well maintained. In the kitchen had everything you need to prepare a snack.

Review 13：Very friendly and welcoming owner, large room and balcony/veranda with seaview (also a a view on a busy road and some apartment buildings). Location is just a three minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the town's main square and bus station.
Review 14：Beautiful place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Location was very close to the beach. The staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. Great price/value ratio.
Review 15：Sometimes the level of traffic noise is too high. The owners could do nothing about the roaring motorcycles, but it's annoying.
Review 16：Located near by the beach and in the center of Kiparissia. Nice sandy beach with all the facilities: sun parasols, sunbeds, cafeterias. Supportive and amiable staff. All the required utensils in the apartment. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets at walking distance. Parking places available on site. Refreshing pool in summer heat.
Review 17：The metal bed squeaked every time either person moved like my old grandmother's brass bed years ago. You don't expect To find relics like this in modern hotels and apartments. The bathroom that was very dark was very dirty. Neither father nor son seem too good on housework. It didn't help that the annual fair was right outside the hotel and the Ferris wheel I could have jumped in from the balcony.

Review 21：The photo of the property is somewhat misleading. It's situated on a busy road leading to the main beach and there are several lounges in the area which are quite noisy. Need to have the aircon on to enjoy a good sleep. The sea can be quite rough in August due to the seasonal winds (meltemi).fortunately we had calm weather every day except one.
Review 22：The property is only five years old and is in very good condition. The owner (George) is delightful. Very caring and concerned that his guests enjoy themselves. Main beach is a short walk from hotel. It's well organized with free beds and lots of shade. Serviced by nearby tavernas and cafés . Supermarket and many inexpensive restaurants and cafés nearby. If the guests have a car there are many nice accessible beaches both north and south of Kyparissia
