Review 1：As many already mentioned, the WIFI is erratic and you also have to re-login all the time. Furthermore: unlike many other hotels, the Full Board/All-Inclusive offer doesn’t include beer or wine to the meals. So if you would like anything than tap water for lunch or dinner, you will have to pay extra. To us, this is a bit ungenerous. Why not reduce the number of courses instead?

Review 2：The hotel is just wonderful. The staff just marvellous and the food just delicious. Add to this an indoor pool and a multitude of Spa treatments and you will find a place where you really could pamper yourself.

Review 9：Is a brilliant hotel with very nice staff, location, facilities. Spa area is brilliant food very nice playing area for smal children and separate room with games for bigger kids. Is next to the slopes, excellent. We were there 4th year and can't wait for n next year to go back again. Also I love the response of the previous reviews and coments everything was brilliant. Thank you.

Review 10：They have no obvious environmental policy. They still use old light bulb lamps.No water saving taps and so on. I would love to come back and see more measurements taken for the enviroment
