Review 1：The hotel would be good for smokers, who remembers the old times, when everyone were allowed to smoke inside. The smoke odour followed us through out the hotel, and made our two nights stay just unpleasant if not to say more...

Review 2：We had a great check in experience, and the N.Y. dinner was greatly organised. Staff was nice and band playing was perfect.

Review 3：The smoke from the bar on the main floor travels upstairs throughout all of the hallways. Our room was on the third floor and we could smell nasty cigarette smoke the second we opened our door. On a Friday night it even came into our room a little bit even with the doors closed. The bar was super smokey and the smoke just travels throughout every hallway and stinks up the entire place. It is awful.

Review 4：The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The family room was perfect for our 2 children. The bathrooms were nice. The balcony view was fantastic. The location is perfect.

Review 5：We were given a beautiful room to accommodate our family. Clean. Perfectly suited to our needs. And above all, the kind man working the front desk ANDY our very sweet waitress (both for dinner and breakfast) made us feel like the Bergland truly cares about its guests. We are thankful to have found them and incredibly pleased with the exceptional service (and the food was great!)

Review 6：A great place to stop over to or from Italy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room (upgraded) with a balcony and a view over the Zugspitze. The car park was free and just outside the hotel door. The staff was friendly, the food was great and we had no problems with the WiFi. We will definetly be back.

Review 7：Smoking is allowed in most areas in Austria and smoke did drift up from the bar area and into our room. Ask for a room away from the bar if smoke bothers you.

Review 8：The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed way past check out time to watch the cows come down from the high pastures! Was wonderful! The location was an easy drive from Fussen and also Garmisch area. Rooms were clean and spacious and beds comfortable. Food was also very good.
