Review 1：No shower mat, bath was slippy, the hall carpet needed hoovering on the stairs, No cereal or fruit juice, no choice for breakfast only full english which was tasty and well cooked but a bit of variety would be good

Review 3：They weren't expecting us despite us having booking confirmation. Shower and toilet not working, no phone signal and no wifi.
Review 4：Landlord arranged somewhere else for us to stay and offered to cook us breakfast the next morning but we ate near to where we ended up staying
Review 5：Was noisy due to karaoke but had been warned prior to stay. No food being served due to karaoke.Room was cold and no stats evident to turn heating on. Duvets very light and too small for the beds. No bedside lamps so had to navigate getting into bed once light switch on wall turned off. Nothing to step out onto out of the bath. No clothes hangers. These fine tweaks would make it a much more pleasant stay and would cost very little to do.
Review 6：It was in a good location, plenty of places to eat and drink . Landlord pleasantand friendly.Recent refurb -so clean. very basic but ok for a nights stay. Towels ok.
Review 7：I feel that the rooms should not be let out on a Saturday night. The pub below had karaoke on an a party which made it very difficult to get to sleep until at least midnight which isn't aNY good when you have yo be up at 5am. The music was so loud the cups danced across the tray they were on. The room was cold and the bedding sparse
Review 8：I knew it was above a pub with a jukebox, but it was karaoke night and the room is just above the main speaker. The LOUD noise and bass vibrations mean no chance of sleep until midnight.
Review 9：The room was clean and tidy. The lady in the pub below was welcoming. It was only 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The bed was comfortable with a warm duvet which was needed as the room was cold. I couldnt get the small raditor to get any warmer. The TV worked well. The bathroom was very basic and lacked a mirror The car park is on site and free
