Situated in the heart of Dumfries & Galloway, Dee View B&B boasts an elevated position overlooking the Dee Estuary. Kirkcudbright town centre and harbour can both be reached in a 15-minute walk. Ample free parking is also available, and guests can relax in the garden with seating area.
Free Wi-Fi is provided in each room at Dee View, as well as an en suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Tea/coffee making facilities are also included. Guests can also choose a film from the DVD library.
A home-cooked breakfast is served in the light and airy conservatory each morning, which overlooks the Dee Estuary. A hearty Scottish cooked breakfast is on offer, as well as lighter options.

Review 2：The bedroom(river view) & facilities were excellent, also the hospitality & super breakfast. It was just a stroll along the riverbank to the Bay Hotel for a good evening meal

Review 8：Very dusty room, carpet on the floor. Heating was turned off at night and even though I mentioned it was really cold at night, I was told to "wear more clothes". Breakfast menu looked great, though I got to see the kitchen and I no longer felt comfortable to eat there.
Review 9：I liked the view from the bedroom window. A towel heater, though it was switched off at night!! For 76 pounds a night, definitely no value for money spent. New bathroom, with good size shower.

Review 11：We were given a friendly welcome by our host, Ian. Our large double room was well appointed with two easy chairs, TV, fridge, fan and excellent ensuite. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked options as well as fresh fruit.

Review 13：The location was just far enough out of town to be pleasant. The rooms are spacious, and very clean, there is TV, Wi-Fi, and plenty of hanging space. The breakfast is excellent and the helpful staff were keen to accommodate your various breakfast special requirements.
Review 14：Enjoyed our 2 night stay here as it was very homely clean and more. Everything provided from fresh milk in a small fridge in the room and homemade biscuits. Also a choice of dvds to watch as the tv also included dvd player. A great sized room and also the ensuite was a good size. The view from our window was beautiful at any time as it looks over the river Dee . Beautiful sunset. Breakfast was also great with plenty choice and our host was very friendly. Thank you Ian for your hospitality.

A big selection of books and DVD's are available. Breakfast excellent with a splendid choice. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough.

Review 52：It's only 10 minutes from the centre of Kircudbright, but it would help to have a better map. I had to ask directions a few times, and nobody seemed to know where it was.

I haven't had better breakfasts in luxury hotels.
