Review 1：Single steps in a room are an unnecessary danger. Our room had 100mm step up into the bathroom, same into the toilet. About 25% of the room at the patio doors was down a 150mm step with sharp cornered furniture in the "fall zone". The room entrance door, the toilet door and the bathroom doors could all clash, and showed damage where they had. The lift had a broken handrail and a cracked mirror.

Review 3：Besides the amazing roof-top pool, we loved our room with views of both the mountains and the sea. We ate twice at the superb L'Almandin gourmet restaurant in the hotel. Yummy! And finally, cannot say enough about the staff. Hospitality on steroids! Merci beaucoup beaucoup!

Review 4：The pictures are deceptive - it is not on it's own private island and is not next to the sea. The air conditioning did not function at all even after they had tried to fix it. We had to open the door onto our balcony at 3am to get some air in order to sleep.

Review 13：We were given an upgraded room which was excellently appointed. The Spanish chef is trying for a Michelin star and spoke to us, and the food was enjoyable and interesting. We would liked to have stayed longer but were on our way to Spain.

In fact itwas not even open and we feel we were deceived by the info on web andour prior discussion with hotel prior to booking. If we knew spa was notopen we may not have booked. Very disapointed by this aspect and notworth the money we paid in absense of spa facility been available. Weunderstood it was asmall boutique hotel of 2 bedrooms. In fact it alsocatered for many local apartments thus pool busier with lots of noisykids. Again feel we we were deceived by advert. Broadband service wasunreliable. No bar service after 10.30pm - could not ven make adecentcocktail after 10.30pm.
