Review 8：Perfect location,extremely friendly & helpful staff. Galissas beach is a 1 minute walk away and one of the best beaches in Syros. Amenities are right on your door step. The hotel has a large pool,restaurants and the rooms are a nice size and kept very clean. We highly recommend this hotel. We also recommend the local restaurant Savvas - great food and very good value for money.

Review 9：Breakfast offering and the style of how its served could be improved. Eating area was overly cramped and hard to manoeuvre around tables. Also essential things like spoons & glasses were not in an obvious place. Food quality was average compared to the other hotels on the island.

Review 11：No real entertainment in the evenings and resort itself is quite quiet so very little to do. Food was a little bland and we struggled to find things for the children to eat (11&7) as a lot of the dishes on offer were quite traditionally Greek (understandably).

Review 13：We didn't Like the room first of all. If you happen to fall in one of the rooms in the old building, the ones starting with 1, then you certainly do not get the same experience of the holidays as the others who are in detached little blue and white properties higher in the complex. There was a dog smell in the room, a broken part of a wardrobe, a fridge which was not working well and loose wires on the ceiling of the bathroom and no Wi-Fi in the room (it was working on and off and it was too slow). For a family resort there are only 2 apartments for families which means all the rest is 4 people in one room (one double bed and 1 bunk bed). There is not enough privacy for everyone to enjoy the holidays either. It is CONSTANTLY very noisy , with guests shouting in the corridor or banging doors. (all that in the old part of the hotel). Breakfast was very stressful, too many people, a race to get anything. Sometimes the reception staff where rude and as if we were bothering them with our questions and they had better things to do. Service knocked twice on our door early and woke us up to do the room. (We asked them to come later...). The hotel was full when we went and you can feel and see the stress in the air from the people who are working there so you didn't always feel welcome. We will not go there again even though the facilities for young kids are helpful.

Review 14：We liked the location, right on a beautiful beach and the facilities for young families in the common areas of the hotel: free indoor play area called happy kids where you could leave the kids, big swimming pool with waterslide with unlimited ice cream and sometimes pop-corn (when it worked) for the kids. Movie nights for the kids. The girls helping during the breakfast service were polite.

Review 18：The hotel is great!! The staff is ready to assist ib every question. Rooms are being cleaned every day, the meals are very tasty. It is a real paradise for having rest with kids. The sea and the beach (paid), are the best I saw in my life. If you want to have real vacations you must choose this hotel. And there are no many tourists which made our vacations more comfortable and amazing.

Review 23：Poor wi-fi in my building. I asked the staff about it a few times and got different answers (my building was too far away from the antennas, there might be something wrong with the router). It was odd - I could pick up a signal from a restaurant across the bay, but not from my room. :P The hotel restaurant was also pretty disappointing. They seemed to opt for quantity rather than quality with their buffet.

Review 29：We certainly didn't like the live music from the pool area until 01h30 every evening. Older people and those with walking difficulties should know that the hotel consists of separate buildings on the side of a steep hill and getting to rooms can be difficult although lifts are provided. If you are looking for a quiet holiday then this hotel is not for you during the Greek summer holidays as it is a favorite amongst families and the place is overrun by noisy children.

Review 31：We got the double room which is small for a family, so recommend getting the family room for a family of four. The beds were hard. Hated how the air cond, turned off everytime you opened the balcony door!

Review 32：The location is great, good breakfast, kids loved the pool and slide, beach right next to hotel, great family hotel, has kids movies although in Greek the kids (who don't speak Greek) didn't care. a few good restaurants close by. Lovely sunsets especially when you climb to the little church on the hill. Hotel very popular with Greek families, very few non-Greek families.

Review 35：Fantastic location, beautiful views, excellent facilities, charming staff. We were early in the season (start of June) so there were few guests, and it was therefore very quiet, but all facilities were open apart from the restaurant for dinner. Fantastic swimming pool and a lovely beach, and some good tavernas near by. A hire car was useful but not essential.

Review 56：Requested a room overlooking the beautiful bay and that is what I Got. Good Sized clean Room And Bathroom had a shower over a Bath. Reception And Restaurant Staff Very Friendly And Helpful. I ate at only two of the local tavernas and food/service at both were wonderful. I had to cut my Stay short by one night and Booking.com did not charge me for the night i did not stay even though booking was non refundable. Thank you! So In Short If You Are Looking For A Place To Unwind For A Few Days, Then This Is The Place On Syros.

Review 57：1.more healthy foods i.e low fat , high fibre at breakfast. 2.Inappropriate heavy rock music , at breakfast. preferably no muzak or gentle relaxing music only. 3 smoking in dining room. No smoking please in dining room or indeed anywhere inside the hotel and preference given to non smokers.smoking is a serious danger to health and to those inhaling other smoker's smoke.

Review 58：staff, situation, deal.

Review 59：Sunshades and sunbeds in the beach are operated by the municipality and you have to pay for them (3€+2€). The hotel should have some agreement to make them available for free or at a discount to customers. Wifi system is clunky, the signal is erratic, and we had to request several passwords because they expire periodically. It's a nuisance to customers and the staff alike. Overall, these were small nuisances in a very pleasant stay.

Review 60：Great price (40€) for a spacious comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the lovely Galissas bay, where sailboats stay overnight for its calm waters. Nice breakfast. Wifi can be reached even on the beach.

Review 61：No room service. Many families with many kids. Much noice at the restaurant. Not very good quality/quantity of food concidering that it suppose to be a 4 star hotel. We appreciated only the view and the clean of our room.

Review 63：Rooms are old (at least in the building we stayed) and they need serious renovation (especially doors and locks). Every night till 1-2am there were live music in the pool bar, so loud that was difficult to sleep in sea view rooms.

I would have liked to see a discount for the hotel guests for the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach in front as 7 EUR is a lot of money when you give it on a daily basis

The facilities were good mainly catering for families with playgrounds, kids movies children swimming pool etc.

Review 74：Service at reception is extremely happy and helpful. Really made my stay. It's a quite part of the island but that's what's nice about it. Just walk 100 metres and you are laying on a sunbed chilling. A few restaurants but nothing standout. Hire a scooter for the day and see many beautiful beaches as well as secluded bays. Bus takes 30 minutes to go into town.
