Review 1：Wonderfully located (amazing view!), super comfortable apartment. Clean, cosy and a great choice for a holiday at the seaside. Would highly recommend and definitely return!
Review 2：Place overall was good. Just a few points to note- Apartment was pretty cold - but there was a storm that weekend! Hot water in shower is on and off (30 seconds hot, 30 seconds cold) No toilet roll at all - slight issue when we arrived from a two journey and there was no toilet roll or hand wash :-( 6 flights of stairs to reach - would not recommend for those not active. Wasn't an issue for us as all young but My parents would've struggled!
Review 3：We visited for an overnight stay as had a party to attend locally. Location was perfect! Cute place with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen - mirrors and storage in main room. Magnificent views over the sea and towards pier. Clean and tidy with all essential items in kitchen etc. Would definitely use again if in the area. Key points to note for future visitors in other part of review.
Review 4：The details mentioned that there were stairs... there were 6 flights through smelly and stained hallway. The beds were very uncomfortable with thin duvets and crumpled sheets. Master bedroom had a box over a section of missing carpet, partially painted wall unit and a cupboard with a noisy boiler. Bathroom too narrow for door to fully open with the shower perched behind, missing shelf and old floor tiles. Generally clean but old brown carpets gave a grubby appearance, with an impression that this had been hastily done up to rent out. Would have been OK for half the price.

Review 6：We booked the apartment for a girls' weekend away and we all enjoyed the stay at the Seaview Apartment. Special thanks go to Otto, the apartment owner - A great guy, very welcoming and kind! The owners had no problems accommodating our request for an early book in, thank you! I would not hesitate recommending this apartment to friends and family... we will most definitely be back on the next trip to Worthing.
Review 7：When we arrived to the apartment we were greated by a man who showed us up several flights of stairs, the door was already open which was strange we went in to find the apartment dirty, the bed linen was slept in there was a mouldy pizza on the kitchen table and open yogurt. However apologies were made and the apartment was cleaned within an hour. The owner of the apartment stated she would take off the cleaning fee but that the payment details had been lost and I would need to send them to her again which made me feel uncomfortable and stressed which I really didn't want on my mini break treat for my birthday. When we got back to the apartment in the evening the light bulb in the bathroom blew which tripped all the other lights so we also had no lighting and in the dark we were unable to locate the fuse box.
Review 8：The area was pleasant with nice bars and restaurants. The apartment was a good size with appropriate facilities. The gentleman who let us into the apartment was helpful and welcoming.
