Review 1：Few staffs are not fluent English speakers. Non-greek (International travellers) will need to speak English slowly to them. Because of the language barrier, you may miss a good service. My suggestion is that write down your concern or worry on a piece of paper, and they will do the best to help you. From my December experience, many travel agents/shop assistants on island are not fluent in English. However, I managed to have a greek coffee, rent a car and sorted out flight problems

Review 2：People commented staffs may not be around the hotel and the wifi is not so good, so I was very skeptical about this booking. However, I cannot pay over 100 euro per night for a luxury stay, so I chose this hotel. The place is close to bus stop. And very secure (police station is opposite). I had few problems with my flights and passport, and I was quite worried what to do without wifi; however, the hotel owner replied me promptly to offer helps. I arrived before new year, I found their wifi is good. I got three more dovet(as I requested), managed to wash and dry my dirty clothes and had a good stay on the island. Everything is better than I thought.

Review 3：Good location. However my room windows faced the street so it was quite noisy. Close to the bus stop and walkable distance to Fira village. Bakeries and cafes within few step.

Review 6：For an inexpensive stopover upon arrival in Santorini, price was right, air conditioning worked great, shower was hot. Room was simple but reasonably clean. It was 1 block from bus that ran to aiport and Fira. Nice coffee shop near bus stop and late night souvenier shop w cold beer! I recommend it to people on a budget.

Review 7：Just the decoration is a bit old-fashion but this hotel is gonna redecorate in winter. As I said its 15 mins walk from the center however, renting an ATV solves all the problems.

Review 8：The hotel owner is so hospitable,helpful and kind, she gave us all the traveling information and showed us the roads. Guests can order Chinese food in hotel conveniently,the swimming pool is also nice.the balcony is a plus. Shops are nearby, bus stations, car renting, restaurants.... U can just find everything around. I read so many comments are not realistic: 1, the hotel is comfortable and it is a bit far from the center(15mins walk), but it fits the price for sure, you can not ask for the best hotel in the cheapest price ! Here is a 3-star-hotel. 2, the breakfast was offered to everyone equally, as well as the services in the hotel, Chinese guests are not the special treated ones. Wifi is only available in the first floor because too many guests are sharing, it cannot reach all the rooms. 3, the reception girl can definitely speak and understand well English, anything you don't understand can just ask for help. 4, the owner is thoughtful , she offers extra water for drinking because as we all knew that in santorini the tap water is filtered from the sea water. Stop complaining about the salty shower water please! The whole santorini is the same!!!

Review 12：Reading the previous reviews i didn't except much from this property but i was pleasantly surprised. The accommodation isn't luxury but this is reflected in the cost. It is simple but nice. The rooms have air con and the pool area is clean and great for the hot summer days. It's a walkable distant from Fira and the young female staff member was really nice, spoke good english and was helpful with all requests.

Review 13：They don't give ac remote so you cannot control it. its either so cold or so hot. We choose double bed but they gave 2 single bed. Shower are so small, unless you are Chinese you might have problem fitting in. No TV in the room As stated. Wi-Fi is barely working Its really noisy. If someone use water, you will hear lots of pipe sound like it will explode.

Review 15：The wifi is a bit weak at room but you can use it in the lobby! There are comfortable sofa that you can sit and use the wifi. So you dont have to worry too much. The shower room is a bit small to a man but it is good fit for us(two asian girls).

Review 16：The staff were really nice! Feel like home when communicating with the staff there! They were really willing to help and introduced a lot of good place for us. Everything is clean and tidy. I want to highly appreciate the assistance from the boss. Me and my friend would like to take a shower before go to airport to catch the mid-night flight. As we did not book the hotel of our last day, we should not have a place to take shower. However, the boss told us that we can use the public bathing area in the hotel and also provide us extra towels and shampoo. This is awesome to have such a nice service. I stayed at the room facing the swimming pool, tho we did not swim, we can observe that the swimming pool is tidy. The air-con is strong, the water pressure is good enough to have a comfortable shower. It is really hard to find a hotel with reasonable price in peak season but here is certainly a good choice!! I highly recommend you all to stay here if you have limited budget. This gives me good first impression of Santorini:D

Review 17：The room didn't fit the pictures. The bathroom terrible and dirty. The same for the table and chairs outside the entrance: none clean the table for over 24h. The worst reservation ever done on booking.

Review 21：The decoration of the reception and the general ambiance of our stay was Chinese style instead of greek-island style. Once there was no water in the shower and the reception lady informed me that I just needed to wait for "a short while", but I had to insist (and be patient with her Greek or English as we don't speak Chinese) in order to know that "a short while" meant 2 hours and not 20 minutes as I had expected.

Was finding the cathedral featured in postcards but couldnt find it anywhere online and she drew me a map which lead me to the right place! Room was clean and comfortable. Review 43：The guy who works there, Dimitri, was unbelievably rude. Had my booking not been non-refundable I would have left immediately. He made our check in process so difficult, we waited until after 4pm for a room despite being told at 2.30pm we could check in and when we asked multiple times to be allowed into the room he was absolutely appalling. On top of that there are flies and bugs EVERYWHERE, I will never stay here again.

Review 44：The room itself was good for what we paid, and the couple that own the hotel are absolutely lovely. Despite the language barrier they go out of their way to help you.

Review 46：First off, I booked this hotel because I read here that they offer freepick up and drop off from the port or airport - that is not true. When Iasked the front desk they looked like deer in headlights. They were alsoextremely unhelpful when I inquired about alternative transportation tothe airport.I stayed in two different hotels while staying in Santorini so I can confidently say that this is not worth the price. The wifi was extremely poor and my room was incredibly hot all night - even with my AC unit blasting at 18 degrees. On an island full of accommodation options, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Review 47：Biggest drawback? The bathroom Small ( ok) but shower nozzle worked only sometimes. We resorted to using the faucet on shower! I would like it if the towels were automatically replenished each day I would like the rooms to have a hot water maker for tea

Review 51：To someone who gave the hotel lower points,I think they may have tolearn more about the timing things: first of all, if you r not coming inJune,July,August and September,you may find some other hotels withbetter view of the sea at similar or a little bit higher prices. Butduring the golden season of Santorini, u have to pay hundreds of eurosto enjoy the same rooms. For those who do not want to pay extra money, juz find a hotel like this one is the best choice. And as it is not in the center of Fira,you can enjoy the quient neighborhood without any noise from the over-crowded shopping streets or noise made by some rude tourists walking on the roof of your room(you will know it if you did stay under those beautiful white roofs in golden season)! And for those who wanna both the view and the cheap price,again,do not come with tons of tourists all over the world. If you choose to share the island with the crowd,just be fair and don't judge without investigations.

Review 52：We went to Santorini in Sept.13th. Surly there are other choices butmost of them are definitely much more expensive.When we arrived,we were attracted by the clean,white and orange painted room with light blue curtains,and it is as good as those 160€-400€（per night）ones. We also have a lovely balcony with a swimming pool outside. It is a big surprise.when they turn on the lights of the pool,it looks so beautiful and I can't help unpacking my bikinis as soon as possible! The hostess of the hotel is a very kind lady and she helped us a lot about car-renting and how to arrange our schedule to visit all the worthy places in a limited time period. What was more,she even helped me to find a gown when a crazy idea came to my mind that we should hire a photographer to give us shots during the last day we stayed! We like all its convenience ,such as its location just opposite to the police station and a car-rent shop and it is juz 2 mins' walk to a bus station where you can take a bus to FIRA and other parts of the Island,a local supermarket(a real one,in which you can find everything including fresh lamb and vegetables),a laundry ,a bakery and several restaurants(we had excellent dinners at the one the hotel keeper recommend).

Review 53：No breakfast, the wi-fi was not strong, and there is no shuttle service like they say. You will have to pay extra for that. They shouldn't be saying the have it when they don't.

Review 54：The Greek lady was nice and speaks English and French. The owners don't speak anything but Chinese. The beds were clean, the room was clean, and the rates were great. My experience here was just fine.

Review 60：A laundry list of items; first, no hot water or even a lack of coldwater pressure at times - had to take cold showers. We were told by theemployees that if a lot of people take showers in the morning, therewould be no hot water available. So, we tried later in the day - sameresult. Obviously, the water heater serving the hotel was eithercompletely undersized or not working properly. They did change our roomwith the prospect of having hot water in the other room, but we wereteased for a few minutes; there was hot water for about a half-hour,then none again. We had called prior to arriving to confirm that therewould be an iron and a blow-dryer in the room; the room had neither, butthey did scrounge up a blow-dryer. There was only one iron to share forall the rooms in the hotel, and we had to wait our turn. Thecomplimentary breakfast was dreadful; there was some dry bread and jamand a few boiled eggs. There was a concoction that looked like, for lackof a better word, phlegm in a stockpot, and some cut-up hot dogs. Aftergoing for breakfast the first day, we never went back, though we stayedfour days at the hotel. As in most hotels, you had to have a cardinserted in a slot in the room for the a/c and lights to work;unfortunately, this also cut off the power to the refrigerator in theroom, rendering it useless unless you spent your trip in the hotel room.Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, though it isreasonably priced. You do not get even what you paid for...

Review 61：We liked the service; the people working there were nice, but were notable to help us out due to the condition/circumstances of the hotelitself. They were extremely apologetic about the facilities. The Wi-Fiwas good, and the pool was the best feature of the hotel.

Review 62：Let it be clear, I don't need a five star hotel -and for the priceand the way the pictures made this place look, we originaly thought wemade a good deal. We were wrong. It was really bad. It began by waitingfor 15 min at the reception until we had to search for someone to checkus in. A shower with almost no pressure, dirty floors, wifi only inlobby, tv did not work, ac worked half the time, broken toilet, stufffalling of the wall, stains in the curtains... The smallest and mostpoorly maintain pool ever. I don't usually write bad reviews butagain, if it was a 40$/night I would not have said anything. Also,it's not that I even needed the pool, the ac and the wifi - but, ifyou are advertising that you have it when you don't and charging forit, you end up with people that feel like they just got cheated. It wasprobably a great hotel 20 years ago.

Review 64：the location is good, close to Fira, and outside the hotel is bus station, where you can take a bus to red beach and Kamari directly. the swimming pool is excellent. nice staff could introduce santorini briefly to you and they also offer pick-up service free, which is very useful, because the bus from airport to Fira runs every hour.

Review 67：Not sound proof rooms. You can hear every door slamming in the buliding and traffic trough closed windows. The breakfast is not worth the prise of 10€, take a trip to the closest bakery instead. Aircondition was out of order most of the time. Tiny bathroom with anoying shower curtain. Did not change towels during our 4 night stay. Staff speaks english poorly.

Review 71：1- the staff do not speak English and only speak Chinese 2 - there is no elevator so we had to go up and downstairs with our bags 3. - we stayed there for 4 days and we had issues with the water everyday. We had to call staff to help as there was either no running water or no hot water or only boiling water. Again the fact that the staff don't speak English made it worse. 4- the sheets and towels were not changed until we requested it. 5- the wifi did not connect in the room provided 6- we had to ask for soap and additional toilet paper 7- the breakfast was not good 8- the hotel is on a main road and bikes go up and down early in the morning making it impossible to sleep past 7-8 AM. I would never stay there again.

Review 78：My family and I had a really good time at Cyclades. The best thing about Cyclades is the good attention we received from Nidia (the receptionist) and from the owners. They are people that really knows about the importance of a good customer service. So that made our stay very enjoyable. Also the place is well located, confortable and very very clean. Review 86：THIS HOTEL CATERS TO ASIAN PEOPLE, SO BEWARE IF YOU'RE NOT! The breakfast was truly awful, again catering to Asians, seaweed and rice and bread. The Greek woman took pity on us and found us some Greek yogurt. No wifi signal anywhere even though they told us there was. There was absolutely no water pressure or hot water to shower after a long hot day. Their solution for that was that we were told to shower at midnight. The tv in the rooms did not work (we had 2 rooms, same issues with both). They never cleaned the rooms, and gave us dirty towels. When you check in the beds are completely unmade. The owners do not speak English and are not helpful at all if you are not Asian. Would never recommend, I don't understand the good reviews of this hotel at all. It was basically a hostel.
