Review 1：The beds in the twin room were noisy and lumpy from springs. My daughter (17) had to sleep in one position soundly to avoid waking from springs when turning over and avoid waking me in the next room! Double bed comfortable but sheets could have been ironed !
Review 2：The house was bright and comfortable downstairs, more spacious than expected. Short walk, 12 minutes, to town and sea front . Good shower and bath facilities.
Review 3：Great facilities, lovely and clean - feels like home from home Owner so helpful, helped me with my bags out of the car and put the travel for up. Stayed here a few times before and it is as nice and cosy in winter as it as cool in summer
Review 4：Shame about the back garden looks so neglected. cobwebs covered old garden furniture and grass so tall, could have been cut in 5 mins as its a small lawn ( a real let down.)

Review 7：The cottage was gorgeous. We were on a hen party and it was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully decorated and had lots of little hidden extras that made our stay even better! Will definitely go back!

Small garden to sit out in, although we did n't. Bathroom clean, modern and spacious. Good wifi reception. Good base to explore West Sussex. Not much in Worthing itself, visited lovely tea room on Worthing pier.

Review 14：House very dirty! Bed linen in double room had been slept in and needed changing. Bath had a scum line around and needed cleaning before we could use it. Cigarette butt on kitchen floor. TV had not been dusted for a long time. Expected better for the price we paid.
Review 15：upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the rubbish bins were full to over flowing and smelt bad. we had to put our rubbish in bags. the front path and garden needed to be tidied up { my wife swept the path and porch} in side it looked ok but when we put the tv on we then noticed that the tv needed a good dusting and the house would benefit from a good spring clean, the grass in the small back garden had not been cut, and was very long. the house has no off road parking and you are given parking permits, dont expect to park outside the house its a case of finding a space in the street
Review 16：the house is large, plenty of room for four adults and two children, the house has a nice feel to it. it has a shower, and a large corner bath[ which the grand kids loved} plenty of hot water.towels bedding are provided. the kitchen has all the things you would expect to have and they all worked . one double bed in the front, two single beds in the back bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. a lean too conservatory from the kitchen to the small garden. the beach is a short walk away,there is a shop at the end of the road and a pub. there are some kids books and toys , we have a few niggels but all in all we all enjoyed our stay
Review 17：Mrs Williams wasn't very friendly on arrival and didn't want to take much time to show us the house. Probably because we would have noticed the house has not been cleaned in a long, long time!! The house is filthy! I spent the better part of 2 days cleaning the floors and the kitchen, just to make it habitable. The floor was so dirty we didn't want to put our baby boy on the floor (she knéw we were bringing a 7 month old). Our recommendation: for this kind of money find a different place. Unless you absolutely love scrubbing floors that is.
