Review 1：Kitchen could have been cleaner (felt like everything had a film of grease over it) Hot water tap in the kitchen didn't work Bigger telly needed

Review 3：The place was old, tired, dirty and seemed to be more designed for people on benefits rather than business stayers The beds were terrible, the sheets were old, the towels were even older and the place was generally in a sad state of repair (especially for the money we paid) Neighbours were (probably) smoking something stronger than tobacco too which didn't add to the overall ambience!

Review 5：The building stank of pet urine (main hall) Kitchen stank and we had to move the fridge to clean soured dried on milk from in top and under fridge. WIfI did not connect to any device Sofa bed in living room was extremely uncomfortable and very tatty. Every window rattled at the slightest breeze. "Fluffy Towels" please look up meaning of fluffy. We had to wash cups and glasses before they could be used. When the wind blew outside the kitchen cupboard plinths fell off.

Review 12：Location was fantastic - just a couple of minutes walk to the promenade - and easy walking distance to the Worthing Pavillion. Very flexible set up - with the possibility of sleeping 6 people. Very helpful owner who made sure we were happy with everything. we had a great time.
Review 13：The flat below stunk of fried onion and mouldy veg, the noise out side continued with screams and shouts until 2 am, the curtains were poor and let in a lot of light , the beds uncomfortable , no wonder this was the last available accommodation in Worthing for that night
Review 14：Carpet needs replacing and bathroom needs updating, slow drain from the bathroom sink is a flood waiting to happen, shower is poor. Could be cleaner. Limited TV channels. A lot of stairs.

Review 17：Anne the owner was very helpful and assisted with all queries and problems (Keys locked in flat!!) promptly. The accommodation supplied everything we asked for and needed. It was within walking distance to the city centre and there were several bars and restaurants close. The coast was just minutes away which was great for walking or cycling. We would return if back in the area.
