Review 1：Lighting in underground parking totally inadequate

Review 2：Quiet. Very comfortable beds. Parking. Excellent restaurant. As we were "de passage" these are what we needed

Review 3：The hotel was once a good hotel but now needs work and a proper cleaning. Also, they should replace all carpets- they are disgusting.

Review 4：The staff was really nice and could speak several languages (!!). They smilled and helped, so 10 for staff. Alsp the parking was really good.

Review 5：It is a quiet area but the bus into Cannes runs right outside the door. I would reccomend it, it is very reasonable.

Review 11：When booking, it said that swimming pool opening was based on season, but it was open when we arrived (17th Sep) and closed one day later without warning. However, when we expressed our disappointment, staff arranged for us to have sun loungers outside of pool area and provided free drink to compensate us for this.

Review 12：Suite was a good size, decent bathroom and had nice balcony. Staff friendly. Dinner in restaurant very nice and good location for going to restaurant/ cafe/ shops of Le Cannet. Also less than one minute from bus stop for Cannes buses (which run regularly).

Review 13：We liked everything about the hotel, but of course Le Cannet is very hilly!!! We did of course know this, but it is where our son and family live, so naturally we will continue to visit.

Review 14：It was within walking distance from my son & his family, who live in Le Cannet. There was also a swimming pool, which was an excellent extra. There is a bus service, one minute walk away at the top of the road, into Cannes, costing €1.50 - excellent value.

Review 18：Very nice hotel with excellent and kind staff. During our stay we left our car in the parking of the hotel (paid), which is located about 40 minutes by walking from the main street and downtown of Cannes, but there are day and night busses, stoping next to it, so it was very comfortable and fast to travel. Our room was big enough with very beautiful city view. We definetly recommend this hotel.

Review 19：The room was lovely and they clean it in a daily basis. The location is a bit far from the center but it's ok if you have a car. I would definitely recomend it.

Review 21：This hotel is great value for money.. Even though you are slightly out of Cannes, there is an excellent bus service literally outside your door.. Even though the hotel was full, it was extremely quiet.. The staff on reception were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.. We had a very relaxing stay, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, for a cheaper alternative rather than staying in the centre if Cannes.

Review 22：Wifi didn't work in the room, had to go to the lobby to get access. Shower alternated hot/cold water constantely was either burned and frozen while taking a shower. Balcony door was broken.

Review 51：I find it a little far from Cannes city center, also busses to Cannet ends at about 21:30. As we missed the last bus, one night we walked from Cannes to Cannet, but it was fine. The road was very wide and cute also centeral, it did not bother us at all.

Review 52：Its worth what we paid. The Park&Suit Elegance was very cosy, the rooms were very wide, welcoming and clean, the bed was comfortable. We had our breakfast in the balcony. The lady in the reception was also very friendly and was speaking fluent English. She has provided all needed information, although the hotel has an indoor parking option but she has informed that if we wish we may park on the street without charging on Sundays, that was very kind of her.
