Review 1：No WiFi connection to room - common in Greek hotels due concrete construction.

Review 2：Large hotel up on hillside with great views. Short walk from bus station or free pick up. Nice spacious room with balcony and fireplace for winter and aircon for summer. Wide choice at buffet breakfast. Very helpful owners. Nice pool area.

The personnel there was very fiendly and the hotelwas very clean and traditional as well as the city. I strongly suggest tvisit the city as well as the hotel since it facilitates manyinteresting aspect of a traditional museum and old habits of the town.

Review 4：The lack of any signage in English - or Greek, for that matter. For instance, we only discovered a day or two before we left that there was a toilet near the pool. The lack of attention to details in the rooms, that could have been avoided with regular routine checks. For instance: the air-conditioning in one of our rooms failed and we had a couple of very uncomfortable nights; the bathroom lights in both our rooms had bulbs that blinked on and off randomly; the door shutters in our room were very difficult to open - we were worried they would fall off their hinges; and the lack of shower curtains meant that the bathroom floor was often wet. The disco music was played constantly by the pool; it was too loud, and we could have done without it. It made reading books and even chatting quite difficult.

Review 5：The location at the head of the valley with lovely views. The hotel is well decorated and interesting. The staff who, despite limited English, did try to understand us and to help us with any problems. Marina was particularly helpful. The attention to hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel. The pool, which was clean and well-cared for.

Review 6：--pool-side party with blaring music until 2:00 am --no apparent record of our reservation, so the owner/manager fixed up a room in the back of the hotel: better than nothing, but cramped, with views of the hotel's service area --cramped room, with no air conditioning or fridge, as stated in the booking

Review 8：The staff was not very forthcoming with information and it seemed like they were not to enthusiastic about serving dinner at the location. The setting for dinner is also very large, not so nice. Music at the pool is indeed quite loud, but bar at pool is very nice.

Review 9：Bit odd setting (huge location but mostly used for weddings etc), but great view from rooms! Not too far from town and there good locations for food in town. Surroundings are very beautiful. Having the pool is very nice after a hike in the surroundings.

Review 10：On the downside, we booked a superior double room in order to get a large double bed, but the lovely wrought iron bed in our room was very narrow. Wifi is only available in the nice pool area, where there is loud music. The lighting in the bathroom is poor, and there is no curtain around the bathtub/shower. However, the bathroom is roomy.

Review 11：This is a cozy hotel with a fabulous view and a wonderful hostess. Eleni did everything to make our stay comfortable. At breakfast more and more dishes kept coming, including the hotel's own eggs. And when we left, Eleni gave us a jar of preserved figs - such a nice touch! The hotel is ideally located - in peaceful surroundings, yet the center of town is only a 7-8 min. walk away.

Review 20：The owners could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They truly go out of their way. The location is just a few minutes flat walk to the centre in a peaceful location with stunning views. Lots of homemade produce is offered - all delicious. Evening meals available by arrangement and every effort is made to cater for guests' diets.

Review 21：My stay at the Panorama was excellent. From the personal attention, to the amazing breakfast, to the overall hospitality, and of course the opportunity to see Marina's beautiful artwork (which is beyond words!), I rate it 4 stars and highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Review 23：The hotel was very comfortable and had marvellous views of the country and mountains around Konista. Eleni was an excellent hostess, with fresh eggs from her chickens for breakfast, home made bread and marmalade and do ask to see the 'family' museum. It shows what life would have been like in this area last century. It is close t to the centre of Konista and as a solo traveller I felt very at ease and at home!
