Review 1：My husband took a coffee, from a coffee machine which was standing next to the reception area and the receptionist was rather rude saying that the coffee costs 2 euros and that we couldn't use the machine without asking. I paid the coffee and said that they should better place a warning next to the machine before yelling at clients.

Review 2：Very nice room for the price! Specially if you are in Paris. We left our car in front of the hotel and there was no problems. I would advice to take just the direct bus to go to the center of Paris. It stops in front of the hotel. We took the bus and the metro/tram and it was rather expensive and tiring.

Review 3：Absolutely Nothing wrong with the hotel. Of course this is situated minutes away from the airport, thus not much to do around the hotel area. Wouldn't choose it for the holiday stay, but definitely good for a business trip/short stay

Review 7：The directions to get there need to be updated on their website. We took public transit to get there. The bus stop provided on website is 2 stops away. We got off at the stop provided on the website and ended up walking 15 minutes with lots of luggage which was not good. There's an actual bus stop right across from hotel so not sure why on their website they say to get off at the one before.

Review 8：Friendly staff. Very spacious rooms. Stayed 1 week. Loved that the rooms had kitchenettes so could prepare our own meals, which for a family of 4 is a huge money saver. Local buses within few minutes. Chose it due to proximity to Orly airport.

Review 9：((PLEASE READ)) rate 2.5 is also high if i can put 0.5 i would but its not possible. 1:they never came and clean the room if you didn't call them they said we clean every 4 days i told them why its not on your description at booking.com they said we are telling them everyday but nobody is responding. 2: in the night there is only 1 employee in the hole hotel even is he went to the toilet here will lock the doors and you have to wait until hes back, this one employee does everything you will hear it a lot ill be coming to your room and nobody shows. 3:only one card per room and if you lost it they will charge you 8 euros. 4:i was surprised the i booked 3 room because of the misleading of the description and i tried canceling one room they told me to contact booking.com and i contact them and booking.com sent a email to them for my request and they never replied i was going everyday for the reception want them to reply to booking.com they never did. 5:if you want the bed sheets to be changed you have to ask. 6:a short in electricity occur from trying to put the phone charger call the front desk(from another room) he said ill send someone tomorrow and there was no electricity and i fixed it my self also nobody showed tomorrow. 7:the sink was broken for a week than someone came and fixed it. 8:if they don't know what to say to you they tell you that we don't understand English well and no body speaks good English.

Review 11：Make sure you arrive at a time when the airport shuttle is running. Taxis are reluctant to make the short distance, and were stranded at the airport for ages.

Elevator works strangely, when it starts to close, it does not stop if it has something in the way, you have to push the button to open the doors. Despite being a new hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance seems very bad, such as, dirty toilets, kettle with water inside, dirty sink.

The problem is that it is more expensive than a regular Taxi but the frontdesk insists that we use it and resists in calling a "regular" taxi. The invoice they gave was not a real invoice, just a paper with the total amount. The place does not inspire trust (nothing happened it's just a feeling).

Also they don't have enough irons and they take a long time to get things they they promise to do done. They charge for the shuttle during some hours which is advertised as "free".

Review 77：• The shuttle!! It's misleading to day that there is a free shuttle. First of all, you must call to request the shuttle. I only found out when I asked at the information desk. The website did not mention this when I booked. Also, the shuttle stops after certain hour. My sister had to pay 5 euros to take the shuttle even though she took it around 2:00pm. I would recommend you take the taxi for about 10 - 15 euros instead but you might run into issues finding one since it's so close to the airport. •Not much around the area. There was only one restaurant and a McDonalds within walking distance.
