Review 1：Staff could be more helpfull and friendly, surrounding is rather quite and far away from the skiing area's.

Review 7：Where do we start?! The personnel didn't speak English, almost at all, this being, maybe, the reason for their rudeness...(all, with one notable exception, our waiter). The food was tasteless, except for the breakfast, which was quite rich and diversified. The toilets in our Deluxe Room (!) spread an intoxicating fragrance of urine, to put it mildly... The heating system was excellent, but inexistent - this would be the first 4 stars hotel where the guest cannot choose the temperature in the room. When we inquired about it, they told us not to worry, that the floor heating would go off at 8 pm!!!!

Review 8：The sauna facilities were some of the best we found in the hotels in this area: dry saunas, steam saunas - 2 of each, a pretty large pool, a jacuzzi etc. For breakfast, a great variety of fiod, with some quite tasty local specialties - ham, cheese, honey etc.

Review 9：In a word this hotel was superb with plenty of little touches that just made our stay a magic experience. We were met at the desk by our host in traditional dress and were shown to our room. We booked a comfort room with half-board on-line but were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the deluxe room had plenty of space and was immaculately presented with a large, comfortable king size bed, various pillows (soft and firm) a good sized bathroom with bath and shower and twin basins, a comfortable settee and chairs and plenty of storage and hanging space a mini fridge and finally a lovely balcony with a stunning view.The Comfort rooms looked equally as well presented but were just a tad smaller.Half board we thought was breakfast and dinner but in fact included Lunch and coffee and cakes in the afternoon - all meals but no drinks, excellent value for money. We had our own table with our name on it for the duration of our stay which was a nice touch.The food was fantastic. Breakfast was a buffet with enough options to sink a ship. Fresh fruit, meat, cheeses, all types of bread rolls, juices, cereals and serve yourself to scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, sausages etc or get the chef to cook whatever you like.Lunch we ate only once but on the one day we stayed in the hotel comprised cold meats, salads, soup, rolls and desserts and was all that we needed after the big breakfast.Coffee and cakes again we only tried once but were lovely.Dinner, well I'm out of superlatives but this was superb too. Tasty appetiser, starter, fantastic salads from the buffet and delicious main courses with enough dessert options to make next days breakfast seem impossible.The food was truly world class with enough options for every taste. All drinks are extra (including water).Finally, the hotel facilities were top class. Pools, sauna, steam room etc Again enough options to make this one very relaxing stay.

Review 25：We stayed at this beautiful place as an overnight stop over between Munich and Italy. We found it to be a hidden gem. The staff were wonderfull, the rooms large and luxurious and excellent meals were included. The scenery and nearby mountains were breathtaking. A cable car ride to a nearby mountain top was an awesome bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
