Review 1:Nothing
Review 2:What is not to like about this accommodation, Anne the host is lovely who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. Egyptain cotton sheets and towels, comfortable beds make you feel like you have never left home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!!
Review 3:Ann, the owner of the Guest House is a lovely lady. She welcomed us into her home and made us very comfortable, making sure that our room was up to scratch and that we had everything we could possibly want. The breakfasts Ann served were huge and kept us going all day. Many thanks Ann for everything.

Review 5:Lovely stay! Really nice view from the room, lady who owned the guest house was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome, thank you very much for your stay in Harlech.
Review 6:Owner couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. She not only phoned the local restaurant for us, but gave us a lift there too. Fab breakfast too.
Review 7:The parking was not the best ,shower was impossible to adjust the temperature so had a bath, tea and coffee on one of the window sills was a bit odd
Review 8:Visited Portmeiron which we really loved went to the Victoria Hotel for dinner which was excellent lovely welcome with a cup of tea and bikkies
Review 9:There is no wifi signal or Sky TV here or TV in bedrooms. We actually loved this fact tho as it gave us more of a chance to relax! Recommend taking a good book and enjoy the views
Review 10:The b&b is situated a convenient 1 mile outside busy Harlech. It has onsite parking. The bedrooms have lovely views of the nearby coastline and our bedroom was clean & comfy. Visitors also have a private lounge. The hostess is very welcoming and the cooked breakfast was lovely
Review 11:Lovely hotel, reasonable price, clean comfortable room and bathroom and fantastic views. Could be made better by the addition of a tv in the bedroom
Review 12:Great location
Review 13:Ann sent us an email the day before we arrived to welcome us, this was a rare and warming touch. Upon arrival we where made very welcome. We enjoyed our stay, food was really good and the accommodation was great. Many thanks!!!
Review 14:Anne was amazingly welcoming - greeted us by name as soon as we walked through the door and settled us with a lovely pot of tea! Went the extra mile for us, lending us shampoo and booking a taxi for our evening meal. Breakfast was superb - freshly cooked and just to our liking. Anne is a fantastic host and we would definitely stay again!
Review 15:Excellent location, stunning views, the house is in great location running by lovely lady Ann. Rooms have got see views, what else would you like more...we really enjoyed are stay.
Review 16:We had a lovely one night stay here in June 2015. Anne, the owner, was a pure delight- warm, friendly, intelligent, considerate and she made us feel extremely welcome and very much at home. She made us a cuppa and welcomed us to her lovely lounge which we could use for the duration of our stay. Our double room was tastefully decorated in green and cream, and overlooked the sea. The house was very comfortable and pleasant with much attention to detail. Parking on site. Bathroom - clean, large and spacious. Very pleasant and cheerful yellow. My daughter and her husband stayed here in April 2015 and had a lovely time. They also were very impressed with Anne as a hostess. Would reccommend.
Review 17:It was like being at home. A complete absence of notices. A separate, but private, full sized bathroom is much preferable to an "ensuit" that has been squeezed into a bedroom, often as an afterthought.
Review 18:The friendly atmosphere the landlady created was second to none. It was like home from home. Most welcoming, we entered as strangers but left as firm friends.
Review 19:No negatives.
Review 20:Ann was a great host and was very helpful at recommending local spots. The location is great for exploring the coast and for visiting other attractions. The room was comfortable, clean and a decent size. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and there's a lot of it!
Review 21:The host Ann was lovely, nothing to much trouble, made us feel at home, great cooked breakfast. The room looked out over the bay, bed very comfortable, very enjoyable stay.
Review 22:For us it was a bit of a trek to the mountain areas. That said, it's perfect for a beach visit.
Review 23:The owner is very welcoming and takes the effort to make your enjoyable. She gives the good local advice to ensure you make the most of your visit. The views from the rooms are fantastic!
Review 24:There was free wifi available, unfortunately (through no fault of the hostess) for my teenage son the connection didn't happen. To be expected really in mountainous regions
Review 25:Minutes from beach. Driving distance from diverse places of interest, beauty, tranquility and more populated resorts. Very clean and bed was so comfy. Ann was a fantastic host, so genuine and friendly. A real gem of a place to stay.
Review 26:Location was excellent, beach and beach cafe only a stones throw away, staff very friendly and accomodating. Room clean with fantanstic sea views, Would visit again!
Review 27:Only complaint was that the towels in room were a little wet and only a TV in lounge but I can understand the latter as this was a small B&B and a TV might annoy other residents.
Review 28:What was not to like!
Review 29:the towels seemed old and weren't very nice to use, wish id took my own
Review 30:ann was very welcoming, she had good knowledge of the area, she recommended a fabulous local pub with excellent grub. we were cooked a lovely/hearty breakfast
Review 31:The only issue we had was that the bathroom was across the hall (which we were made aware of before we booked and again upon arrival). It just meant that there was a need to be mindful of the other guests rather than strolling between rooms following showers/in the night, that you wouldn't otherwise have to do with an en suite.
Review 32:We stayed for 3 nights at the Fron Deg, using it as a base to climb Snowdon, which was ideal. We were greeted by Ann at the door who then made us feel very welcome, providing us with a cup of tea and some biscuits after our long journey from the Midlands. The double bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage for our kit. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a main road, the traffic was minimal and even with the windows open we slept well. Ann's breakfast was delicious. Most mornings I had a small bowl of cereal, youghurt and stewed apple, scrambled egg on toast with mushrooms and tomatoes (we're vegetarian so we didn't try the bacon/sausages that were on offer) and extra toast. There was also a sitting room, specifically for the use of guests. As we were there for three nights we made use of this space and it was lovely and cosy after a long days walk. Also it is within easy walking distance of an old slate cavern and a small farm park. I would definitely recommend other people to stay here.
Review 33:nothing to dislike,
Review 34:the owner was great - very friendly and welcoming. The location is stunning and just a 1 mile walk into Harlech. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Review 35:having to leave.
Review 36:The welcome ,the beautiful sunset over the sea.The delicious breakfast ,it was like visiting a long lost old friend .we had the twin room overlooking the sea which had everything we required. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly ,off road parking and Anne even ordered the sunshine. If you miss this you will miss your way home.
Review 37:The landlady (ownerin of the house) was very kind. She gave us (late arrival) a very warm welcome and provided a marveless Full Welsh breakfast next morning. Great view to the bay. Close walk (down the cliff) to the beach. Highly recommendable!
Review 38:there was nothing to not like every thing was perfect
Review 39:Ann was very hospitable offered us tea/coffee on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive, breakfast were lovely well presented, by the end of our stay felt like Ann was an old friend, would def visit again if we went back to Wales, the views from the room were idyllic
Review 40:Comfortable bed, sea views over Shell Island and beyond, delicious breakfast, friendly and welcoming owner with interesting local knowledge and recommendations.
Review 41:Only one draw back was that there was not a restaurant or bar within walking distance, location was excellent for getting around the coast and Snowdonia however so don't be put off and there was a lovely lounge for a 'drink in' but someone has be designated driver
Review 42:Ann, our Host Cleanliness and comfort Lovely breakfast Comfy beds Fantastic views
Review 43:From the moment we arrived at the front door we felt at home with the warm and friendly greeting we received. Our room was very clean and well presented and the breakfast you receive is better than you get at some hotels.
Review 44:Landlady does not take cards, this is not included in any of the Booking.com details. Could be embarrassing. The two bedrooms are both on the road, which is noisy despite the double glazing. No evening dining provided and Harlech is a desert for eating (only the Tandoori was open on the Wednesday we were there).
Review 45:Lovely lady, beds comfortable, bathroom well provided, breakfast really good. Good value
Review 46:That we couldn't stay longer.
Review 47:Ann was a lovely host, both rooms overlook the bay and estuary. There is a cosy sitting room with a television, as there are no Tvs in the bedrooms. Plenty for breakfast which kept us going all day.
Review 48:There wasn't enough tea making facilities. The spout on the tea pot was designed such that the tea spilt everywhere when poured. The magazines were a few years out of date.
Review 49:The land lady was very hospitable, helpful and kind. The place was very clean and homely. The breakfast was excellent. Access to one of the best beaches and views in the UK is only a few minutes walk away. The town of Harlech is only a few minutes drive away with excellent pubs and restaurants.

Review 91:Very minor things: Orange juice could have been better Toilet brush broken
Review 92:Very friendly also welcome on arrival. Excellent location Easy parking Super breakfast cooked when required. Lovely coffee. Very clean Excellent value for money Lounge available
Review 93:The fact that we had to come home :(
Review 94:From the minute we arrived we were made so welcome it immediately felt like a home from home :) Nothing was too much trouble for our lovely host Ann who was extremely helpful and informative. The sea view was stunning and the location in general was ideal for all the local attractions. We were about a mile walk from the town centre yet at night it was completely silent although on a main road the traffic was not particularly busy in the day and we could count the cars on one hand after 6 . In summary I would recommend it to anyone.
Review 95:No tv. No information given on arrival such as breakfast times, wifi password, ect. Property is small & quiet so noise from other guests is magnified which kept us awake at night and woke us early. You can hear everything; toilet being flushed, lights being switched on, taps running and other people's conversations. Unsure of where we could and couldn't go in the house and had no means of alerting Proprietor if we had a query.
Review 96:Good parking, easy to find, very clean and the Proprietor is lovely.
Review 97:The owner is a very very nice lady. So helpful, sweet personality and always ready to help. Beautiful sea view from the room, and seaside is just few minutes walk down the cliff to the lovely sandy beach. The area is so quiet, clean, and within a short drive to the town.
Review 98:Ann a wonderful host. B&B very clean. Breakfast was filling & more than enough. When we arrived got asked if we wanted tea or coffee. Very friendly will go again.
Review 99:Shame the bathroom is seperate to bedroom and not ensuite. An addition of a TV to the bedroom would be good.
Review 100:Made to feel very welcome by host, good location with a stunning view from bedroom window. Thank you!
Review 101:no tv in bedroom, bathroom facilities could do with up dating, we were thrown back to the 60/70,s
Review 102:the view from the bedroom window. friendliness of owner, comfort of the bedroom good breakfast.
