Review 1：Shower cubicle smutty. Room cold, heating worked very slowly, and the shower room/toilet did not get any heat at all. Very noisy between rooms.

Review 3：We love Moffat and have visited several times. The hotel was so central, comfortable and our dog was made so welcome. The food was excellent and our dog was able to join us in the bar whilst we ate. This was special. The staff were lovely. We'll be back.

Review 4：The place is very tired, the room smelt stale as did the towels. Two of the staff we miserable, you felt like an interruption to their day. They need to look at what they do or they won't have a business left.

Review 11：Ideally situated in the middle of the town. The welcome was warm and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable and well appointed. The meals were excellent and well served. The building is very characterful.

Review 12：The staff were extremely helpful. I had to sign, scan and re email an important document. The staff allowed me the use of there office printer/ scanner to do this. We had an evening meal, and the restaurant was very busy, but service and food was excellent. Our family room was spacious and comfortable.

Review 24：It was nearly Christmas and people like to party but I was extremely tired and an early night was useless as much noise went on until 11.30,directly below me! This, and a rather lumpy bed, made a poor night's sleep.

Review 36：The bedroom I was in was number 4 which was spotless and the bed super comfy. The staff were nice and we had dinner in the lounge bar, I had a lovely cheeseburger and my friend enjoyed her chicken curry. The breakfast was what you would expect my poached eggs and bacon were lovely and pipping hot. Very comfy clean hotel.
