Review 5：The room did not match the description you gave on booking.com which said high ceilings and separate walk-in shower and bath. We were given an attic room with low ceilings and there was a shower in the bath. We were challenged for asking to have the radio turned down at breakfast.

Review 9：Loved the location, within 20 min walk to town or a 20 min drive to beach, but quiet and peaceful. Beverly and her husband are very welcoming. Love the tea and milk in the room. They have local maps and guidebooks available. The food is amazing.

The room was immaculate very comfortable bed & the shower was out of this world (once we had figured out how to work it) although everything has instructions in a book provided in the room.

Review 18：Guesthouse can be summed up as wonderful - what you would expect from a first-class hotel. Understated luxury in bedrooms and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Lovely people, friendly without being at all overpowering. In-house restaurant was excellent with a short, varied dinner menu and great wine list. The breakfasts were terrific too.

Review 22：The location was good with plenty of options close by depending on what type of activity you wanted to do. Walking, beaches, local activity centre for more adventurous water sports. You have to research the area and be prepared to drive to ensure you get the most out of your stay. Or simply relax in the comfort of the beautiful rooms you stay in at Caemorgan Mansion. The breakfast we had every morning in the beautiful dinning room are lovely with plenty on offer, they set you up for the day ahead.

Very comfortable bed in the peace and quiet. The hosts are warm and full of character. Would remcommend to anyone.

Review 32：An excellent greeting and help with our bags to the twin bedded room on the top floor. Extremely clean well presented room the oak beams were easily negotiated. Superb food throughout our 3 day stay, all freshly prepared from local produce. The white chocolate cheesecake was 'to die for'. The grounds are the next project I am sure, the lawns and nearby buildings with improvement will make this establishment truly outstanding. Remember you are in the country and it's so good to see the cows going for their milking twice a day.

Review 76：Twin room does not match description. It does not have high ceilings, garden views or the area stated. It has ceilings sloping to the floor and a restricted view over an untidy yard and farm buildings. You have to bend down to get round the bed, and the useable floor space is much less than the actual area. There was initially only one upright chair in the room, although two easy chairs were provided after we expressed our concerns.

Review 80：The property is in the process of being renovated with emphasis on the interior, understandably. The work done is to a very high standard, indeed it is stunning. The food is unbeatable for quality. Once the exterior of the property and the grounds are done, no doubt to the same standards as the interior, the whole will be 10 out of 10 and fully deserved.

Review 82：The room, service and food exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. The house has been developed over four years and the results to date are quite spectacular. It is still a work in progress and there is more to come for 2014.

Although the place is currently under extensive renovation, is doesn't interfere with your stay as the rooms that are in use are really luxurious. We would certainly recommend and will return.
