Review 1：We are in our late seventies and found it very difficult getting in and out of shower due to high strep. Stubbed toe very badly on corner of bed. Unable to put out light without. getting out of bed

Review 3：We wanted to stay somewhere close to centre of Dartmouth at a reasonable price and this was perfect and ticked all the boxes. Would definitely consider it again!
Review 4：Was in an old building, so you could hear your neighbours and outside noise (although Dartmouth appeared to be fairly quiet at night, and the room faced a pedestrianised road)
Review 5：It was in a great location. The room was clean and we had everything we needed, including a little fridge.
Review 6：not very clean- various stains and mouldy sandwich left in fridge! small, hot stuffy room with no ventilation/extraction. ridiculously small shower cubicle. noisy guests in ajoining room but no one to complain to about it at midnight. by the time youve bought breakfast and paid for park and ride each day it would be easier just to pay a little more and stop somewhere with better facilities. if you do book here make sure you dont get room 5 as the other rooms were far larger so represented much better value for money.

Review 11：The location was perfect. Parling was not a problem at all as we used the FREE market carpark. Booking in was easy, as was booking out. Quite liked the bed but a few more nights would convince me as it was my first experience of that kind of mattress. Bathroom was 'compact' but perfectly good enough.

Review 13：The location was fantastic, the ease of everything getting the key not having to check in at certain times being able to come and go as we please, the room had sky tv which was just amazing as we do miss our sky of a night time. Perfect.

Review 19：Room 6 has an adjoining door to room 7. Even though this was locked and covered by a thick curtain it didn't prevent the noise from the neighbours from keeping us awake two nights running (on one occasion talking on and off until 5am - just as we got to sleep they would start again). I understand that this is not the fault of the owners, but I suggest they make the requirement to be considerate of neighbours in these two rooms more prominent, perhaps with a sign on the bed on arrival. Alternatively only offer them to rent as a pair. This seriously affected our enjoyment of the stay.
Review 20：Simple, clean, and well located this is a good place to stay if you are visiting Dartmouth. Our rooms (5 and 6) were clean and comfortable and suited our needs, although they were not enormous. Check in and out was simple even after hours.
Review 21：Wifi provided but unable to access during visit despite connecting to Just B Seventeen site following the written instructions provided. Shower facilities were fine but tight/snug for a larger person.
Review 22：Cosy, warm room with plenty of stowage space. Central location. Ease of access. Welcoming touches such as the chocolates. Plenty of tea/coffee and particularly liked the glasses and wine opener provided.
Review 23：Location is excellent, easy walking distance to the harbour, eating places but also lovely and quiet at night. Facility is excellently run, all self explanatory and spotlessly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
