Review 1：Poor breakfast. Some staff not so kind Poor Hygiene at rooms, wc, elevator, and in general The acess to parking was made with a "key" for general use.... they told us the clients have taken the others...

Review 3：BEWARE of this "hotel". There are bedbugs in rooms and we became terribly bited. Both of us about 15 bites all over body. BEWARE!!!

Review 13：The room is okay for a very short trip. Wireless does not function or if it functions it is really slow. But be happy: They have internet.

Review 15：It's not far away from Cannes beach. We stayed for two nights with a special offer. Generally it was a value for money at the high season. We paid less than 100 EURO for two nights in July. That's just sooooo cheap. And the breakfast is FOR FREE. Nice coffee from the machines. :)

Review 16：we booked for 1 double room and 1 triple room but in reality they dont have triple room so they manage to gave us 3 rooms. 1 room AC was malfunction and it was very hot at that time we were complaining, but they do nothing they say it cannot be fixed, all rooms are full, AND NO COMPENSATION. it is a very bad services!!

Review 34：no balcony,so you had the feeling that you were in a very small room.the hotel is very far from the beach and cannes,no restaurant near, you have the impression that is not a hotel, more a residencial block. The bathroom is very small. Another negative aspect is that they blocked my credit card for the first night,50euro, and they don't unblocked the amount yet,it's been 2weeks,they don't reply my emails, altough i have paid cash at checkin.this is a very bad thing, so be aware of that when you book.

Review 35：Very nice staff,excellent coffee. The bed was large and comfortable, a big plus.close to bus station,supermarket and bulangerie, so you have everything near by.also, if you want to visit other cities, is very close from highway

Review 37：I found the staff friendly and helpful. While the room was very basic it did meet my needs and was clean. The breakfast is basic but acceptable. The hotel is about a mile out of Cannes so it is about a twenty-five minute walk into town. However, there is a bus that stops nearby and only cost 1.50 euro. There is a restaurant at the top of the hill near the hotel that was very good. If you are looking for five star standards you will be disappointed. However, if you just want a simple but clean and quiet place to rest your body at the end of the day this is the place for you.
