Review 2：Location just across from beach. We have a room at the back which didn't bother us at all as I could hang my washing on the line provided to dry. Also, the kitchenette was extremely well equipped.
Review 3：A good size, clean comfortable room with a sea views, Rock views and balcony, (even a washing line) what more could one ask for? A quarter of the price of rooms on the Rock, everything worked really well, lots of cafes and bakeries nearby, a supermarket opposite AND easy parking. There is a regular bus service to the Rock if you don't fancy walking. Why pay more? We will be going back in the Spring.
Review 4：It was fine and the booking was so easy. It was clean and had basics for coffee and toast that were fresh. Bed was very good and the service perfect! Location great!
Review 5：Flight of stairs to reach rooms (no elevator). Not a major issue, but a warning to those who have heavy bags! Shower was also quite small (but this seems typical for Greece).

Convenient parking lot nearby. Host provided dry toast, orange juice and kitchen facilities, such as a coffee maker, small refrigerator, plates, cups, etc. Room was clean. Really enjoyed the great view of the island from the balcony.
Review 7：Friendly staff, they offered to give us a different room with a better view and a double bed, since it wasn't taken. We also received a basket with jam, croissants and butter, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very cozy and had a great view from the balcony. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay much more for accommodation on The Rock.
Review 8：Wonderful place! Monemvasia is gorgeous and our stay in Balcony on Monemvasia was an ideal solution. Rooms are clean, with a nice view (sea & city view). Host is nice and very helpful, gave us a lot of tips about the city and neighbourhood. Additional facilities in the kitchen area were really appreciated.

Review 11：everything was perfect… let me tell you only this… i booked a room without breakfast but… in my room I could choose from three kinds of coffee and tea, i had butter with marmalade and toasted bread together with fresh water in the fridge… all offered from the manager… :)

Review 14：Stayed only one night. Compared to another place where I stayed on the mainland, this B&B is the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, bathroom equipment and price. Ii is located at about 500 m from the bridge. Near the bridge, you easily find taxis that would bring you to Mpalkoni for 3 euros.
Review 15：Location was excellent as was only 5 mins walk into the port town and only 25 mins walk to the castle town. The comfort and cleanliness was very good with all facilities we needed for one nights stay. If i could change anything i would have stayed an extra night in order to see everything a little better. Recommended.
Review 16：Very near to Monemvasia. The problems about staying on the peninsula are many: parking, cost, getting to your hotel. Much better to stay where we were, where there are plenty of good places to eat, with a good view of Monemvasia.
Review 17：Kitchen was not useable if you planned to make meals during your stay - contained water boiler and a single three-inch diameter hotplate, and the only pot was about half a liter capacity - held a few eggs. Refrigerator not working. Bathroom tiny even by Greek standards - barely ten inches space between wash basin and toilet, shower so tiny you could not bend over or turn around. Hot water took twenty minutes. The bathroom drains stank. Toilet flushed only if you removed tank top and put your hand inside to push the mechanism. WIFi and tv did not work at all. No view -room was right over the main street and directly across from a big busy big supermarket. No beach. No food served. Long flight of stairs to reach room. The bed was made of wooden slats that banged and shifted every time you breathed.

The day we left and had to pay the owner was quite grumpy and rude when I asked to pay by card and checked the amount - guess they hate cards and only want cash even though they advertise that they take cards! The hallway and rooms are decorated with nice personal touches. Better than average basic Greek accommodation we are used to. Would definitely return to this accommodation.
