Review 1：very rude staff, considering i was handicapped after the paris attacks... i was insulted several times because i wasn't able to clean my room properly. never stay there again

Review 2：Breakfast was very poor not a lot of choice $7 euro for a basket of bread is a little steep & $12 euro for cereal & fruit . Needs to be improved to meet the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Review 5：One of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I've been in 12 countries). Very nice, modern, clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Free parking, nice pool and area for relaxing with a drink from the bar. Aside from the greatness of the hotel, just keep in mind that none of the restaurants in the area have translated menu's (even the one in the hotel).

Review 6：I did not like the surroundings. Carnon Plaisance an artificial place with lots of mediocre restaurants offering the same almost standard menus. The hotel is not far from the beach which is good.

Review 7：Some people find that breakfast at the hotel is poor and that you get more value for your money in any cafe in the harbor. We have found that breakfast was excellent. We chose for the basket, or continental breakfast as the also called it. We had good quality breads, croissants and others with a good assortment of jams and butter and as much coffee and tea as we liked. For €7,00!

Review 16：Fantastic hotel with great staff, clean modern spacious rooms, and wonderful terrace. We stayed an additional night because we liked it so much. We ate in the hotel's restaurant on two nights of our three night stay. The food was superb. Secure car parking was provided. We only have praise for this excellent hotel. No faults whatsoever.

Review 37：I stayed in two hotels on my recent trip to France and neither of them had an ice machine. Perhaps this is normal for Europe but it's nice to be able to have a cold drink while watching TV etc... I suppose others would like the ability to make hot water for tea or coffee. Small amenities really make a difference!

Review 38：I thought the hotel was great. The rooms are newly redone. I found mine to be very comfortable. Parking seemed to be adequate for the number of rooms. The Trident restaurant was great. The staff were very patient with my poor French skills. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Review 73：The continental breakfast is rather limited, and is a bit overpriced for what is provided.

Review 74：The hotel is right next to a whole slew of restaurants, so it was extremely easy to find a place to eat. The beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk away, past the restaurants and yachts and fishing boats. It's not the most elegant of buildings, but everything was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We ran into one rather major problem with the condition of the room (no fault of the hotel) that was dealt with promptly. Parking is onsite right next to the door and easily accessible. In the morning, we had breakfast on the restaurant's outside patio in the warm April sun.

Review 75：Booked a triple room but was given double. Still charged for the triple. Booked continental breakfast which was good, but then charged for 'buffet' breakfast at 12 euros each. This was the tiniest 'buffet' breakfast I have ever seen. Charges reduced on protest!

The hotel is currently refurbishing the bedrooms and thiswas becoming a must although it has always been pretty comfy. The staffis absolutely very friendly... Review 98：No effective air-conditioning. only some of the rooms have units. Mine did but it DID NOT work despite the hotel telling me it was. the rooms were very warm at night . My friends room on a couple of nights was very uncomfortably warm. This alone despite everything else would make me think twice about staying here in the warmer months, otherwise I would return. The recption had little local knowledge of taxi fares, bus timetables and did not mention the Tram to Montpellier at all. they should look into this, people do not always want to drive. Buffet breakfast, limited choice but good.

Review 99：The location set on a modern harbour complex is lovely. the beach 10 minutes away is not the best in the area but fine. plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Road connection to to surrounding area could not be better. Also 15 minutes walk away is the Tram to Montpellier. Rooms were fine, but see below. Reception and bar area very smart. The restaurant is very smart, we had dinner one evening and it was very good. Breakfast was typical French affair either continental e7 or Buffet e12, see below. Outside terrace and small swimming pool, free parking.

Making us wait whilst he went through our other reservations (I had reserved three other rooms for colleagues). The rooms were on the small side and there were, apparently, no larger ones. The restaurant prices were expensive.
