Review 1：Central location - 2 minutes from Guildford High Street - yet quiet. Convenient, secure parking. Spacious, clean, well-appointed accommodation. Met on arrival for check-in as arranged. Staff available at end of phone to answer queries.
Review 2：I had two different staff members wake me (agent and housekeeping) when it was known when I made the booking that I needed to sleep after a night shift.
Review 3：Great location, clean and modern facilities throughout.
Review 4：Main issues were with collecting key in first place (we had to wait on street for 20 minutes for staff member to turn up despite us ringing them several times to let them know when we would arrive). Then staff member did not tell us how to get back into secure development without a code - so our son had to climb over a high gate to get us back in. Then no flexi-lets staff were available on any of their phone numbers to give us the correct information. A helpful property maintenance man told us how to access the development properly - if left to flexi-lets, our three-day break would have involved climbing over the high security gate every time we wanted to get in - risking police involvement.

Review 8：The corridor to the flat was to warm and even the flats temperature was far to hot and heat could not be turned down. Toaster did not work, no chopping board.

Review 11：We had rather an unlucky experience, as our first choice location in Guildford became unavailable due to a broken pipe and we were transferred to a property 20 minutes away in Woking. We were quite fairly compensated for this.

Review 14：We were left standing outside for half an hour as although there was a number to call and it was in office hours no one was picking up!! After a long hard drive we were not impressed!! With traffic as bad as it is in and around Guildford there has to be a better system!! Also a little more equipment in the kitchen would have been good!!

Review 17：We booked the Printing House Square for 2 nights , received confirmation and telephoned to announce our arrival time and then waited for 30 minutes for someone to greet us from Flexilets. No one arrived as apparently when booking through Booking.com they can place you in any of their apartments in the area! This was not mentioned at the time of booking! We then had to drive to another block, finally met our official from Flexilets, who had zero personality and we finally settled into our accomodation. The apartment was clean and well furnished but was on busy road overlooking a car sales garage. If Booking.com provide photos of your accomodation, together with confirmation including the address, it should be for that property NOT any other! ggrrrh
Review 18：The apartment was very warm and we couldn't adjust heating. The corridors were like an oven. Thankfully we had great weather so could open doors and windows but it was still pretty warm. Staff were nice but charged our credit card for a cot, when we had organised to pay in cash. It was a small thing but they didn't tell us they were going to do it and we were charged an extra international transaction fee which could easily have been avoided.
Review 19：Lovely apartment. We had two couples and a 4month old baby- there was plenty of space, great facilities and small things really helped such as being provided with a bit of tea, coffee, milk, laundry detergent. Easy walking distance to shops, train, town center.
Review 20：Could have done with being cleaner; the windows had cobwebs and therewere items outside on the veranda left by previous guests, such asrazors!! And unfortunately the fridge smelt like rotting eggs!

Review 24：Top of range nightly rate should equate to top of range fixtures and fittings but furniture/crockery etc very cheap. Attention to detail needed re maintenance e.g. broken worktop edging, paint scuffs. Also cleaning - ok but greasy smears fridge, glass table, hob splashback. Also oven cleaner between oven glass doors. Shd be pristine and luxurious for rate charged. Heating in communal areas unbearable - have been in cooler saunas. Need get it sorted. BUT would probably stay again
Review 25：Location. 2 min walk for croissants, under 5 min for foodshop. Spacious apt and surprisingly quiet given location.
Review 26：Just a couple of things: the heating in the hall outside the flat seemed to be on high (even in August), so it was overwhelmingly hot which made the apartment hot. Luckily fans were provided which we used daily. A few kitchen items, which we use on a daily basis, were missing and the dryer function of the washer/dryer wasn't working at the time. We noted this on our feedback form, so, hopefully these items will now be available/fixed. Apart from this, the apartment was great.
Review 27：The reservation and check-in/out process was efficient, friendly and problem free. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and in a great location for us. The free wifi and parking space was a huge bonus. Would stay here again when in Guildford.

Review 33：Too hot, the corridor was like an oven! Shower door broken but when reported staff said it would be fixed, so not a problem. Not enough utensils in the kitchen, it was a bit basic. Bit noisy at night but we were right in the centre of town.

We were told we had booked the wrong apartment when shown a 2 bed one even though I had received email confirmation and had confirmed with the company during the previous week by phone that it was a 3 bed we needed. Very surly response from staff. Eventually shown a 3 bed apartment but it was not cleaned and and was not ready for our use until 3pm despite being told we could move in from 12.00

Review 47：We would have liked some chairs in the bedroom to put clothes on. We would have appreciated more hand towels as 2 between four people isn't enough. We would have liked a shelf unit or shelves in teh bathrooms for products/wash bags etc.
Review 48：We loved the accessibility - both in terms of the flat and nearness to town. Mum only uses wheelchair when out and about. So we didn't experience managing in the flat if you were constantly in a chair. The bathroom with the bath was quite tight in terms of space. The actual flat was lovely.
Review 49：The boiler for hot water was appalling we ended having kettle water showers to compensate. The water system was not explained by staff. We also found chewing gum dragged down the door of one of the rooms.

Too close to station and noise of trains was an issue. Parking space was occupied by someone else when we returned later. Clean apartment but rug grubby.

Review 77：The apartments location is perfect. Nice and close to all important amenities and within walking distance of the bustling North and High Streets. Also merely a stones throw from the Rail Station. Well fitted apartment with excellent facilities.

(4) Freezer unit needed to be defrosted in order to close freezer door. (5) Service staff evidently confused some bathroom items as trash and removed from bathroom. (6) Hot Towel Rods in bathrooms did not work.

Review 82：-the apartment is furnished with very cheap furniture, in the one we were in, the furniture was not in good shape. - the front door made a lot of noise every time some one else in the block left. - no means are available to keep the apartment clean. The cleaners come once a week and there is no vacuum cleaner or broom. - the apartment we was not in the Printing house square building, but in one next to it. It faced a shop where people would gather during the day to hang out and smoke, talking loudly and being drunk. - the pots and pans were very worn, had been burnt during previous stays and were of very poor quality.
