Review 1：The studio was up several flights of stairs and there was no elevator- ok for me, but for anybody with a health problem, it might have been an issue. This should be mentioned in description. The studio had not been cleaned properly, if at all. There was mold in the shower and the glass shelf in the bathroom was dirty. There was old bread still in the toaster! Food that had been spilled on the stove top had stained the front of the oven (some food was still sitting on the ledge just under the stove top). Shelves and ledges were dusty. The bathroom sink was cracked. (I have photos). The bed was not ideal for my stay of just under two weeks-the mattress was thin as were the pillows, and because the studio wasn't clean, I could not sleep on the linen provided (if you don't clean the obvious stuff, what are the chances the sheets are freshly laundered?) so I covered the bed with a clean sheet and bought new pillows and blankets to use. Providing a clean and fresh environment should be paramount when running this kind of business and on this occasion, the owners failed to do it. It is a shame because the studio is lovely and perfectly situated. The studio being unclean did not ruin my vacation, but cleaning is not the first thing that you want to do on arrival and after a long flight.
Review 2：The location was perfect. On the beach front and a short walk into the town center. I liked the convenience of having a kitchen, so that I could prepare my own food.
Review 3：This property is extremely convenient, and well maintained. The managers are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this flat multiple times and have always been comfortable and enjoyed ourselves.
Review 4：The apartment is on the top floor which meant a tiring climb with luggage (although the property manager actually carried luggage up for us!)
Review 5：The apartment is across from the beach and the promenade, within walking distance of the town centre. There is a bus stop out front where you can catch a bus into Brighton and back. The property manager who met us was extremely helpful. A nice, tidy little studio apartment.
Review 6：Although perfect size for the apartment, i thought the fold away bed may benefit from a memory foam mattress topper if staying longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Review 10：Landlady came across quite abrupt. She annoyed me on a few occasions. In my booking I asked her to call if my card was declined for whatever reason. When I called her before I left to check all was ok. She told me my card had declined. Why didn't she call me as asked? I gave her another card and told her I would be there at 3pm. She text me telling me new card had also declined and to pay in cash I text her back saying ok see you at 3pm. I rang her when outside and she said she would be 20mins! She didn't arrive a bloke did...? Why did I have to wait 20mins when I told her what time id be there. Apparently an email was sent (not to my email) walked up quite a few flights to get to room. Upon inspection of the room I found the bedding to be dirty. It was creased and there was hair and skin in the bed! (I took photos) disgusting sorry. I told her to send the guy back to change the bedding. She didn't bother replying to me but the bedding had been changed when we got back. The bed was uncomfortable. Really hard. I woke up a few times with a sore back. There was only 1 bowl for cereal and 3 of us staying?! There was toe nails on the carpet again I took pictures. Round the back of the sofa chair hadn't been hoovered in years either. The pillows were non existent. The thinnest pillows I've come across ever and I've stayed in ALOT of hotels. Worst night sleep ever. Will not return. Landlady should consider how she speaks to her customers and the carpet needs a good Hoover. Unfortanetly I am unable to share all my pictures but you get the jist.
Review 11：Location mainly. Nice road. Stones throw from the beach. Modern studio. It was nice and quiet at night even with a window open.
Review 12：There wasn't anything we 'didn't like' per say; I was just a little unclear having made my booking about the £20 cleaning fee and the process for payment, but this was cleared up after talking to the manager of the property.
Review 13：Quaint little seaside apartment near the heart of Worthing. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay and gave us the opportunity to save some pennies by eating in using the kitchen facilities.
Review 14：The bed was a bit iffy, and quilts without a top sheet means you either cook or are a bit cool. I wonder how often the quilt covers are washed, whereas with a top sheet you know it's always freshly washed.
Review 15：5th floor and no lift. No car park just street parking with 1-2 hour limit or 5-15 minute walk.

Review 20：Only stayed for one night with my two children, but if I was ever holidaying that way then it would be a great choice, located a stones throw from beach and short walk to shops. Apartment is clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities.

Review 27：Apartment is on fourth floor and no lift. Large window does not open(not sure about fire regs with that as no fire escape either) so hard toget fresh air through room so was a bit stuffy. Bed is a pull-out sofabed and not long enough to sleep with head board at your head, had tosleep diagonally. No ipod dock as described in description. Very littlekitchen utensils. Only three mugs, two small glasses, no wineglasses.Shower ok but very small.

Review 41：Picture of studio only shows first floor, a bit deceaving as the studio was up 5 flights of stairs at the top of the building! Not easy with 2 dogs. Also description says short 5 minute stroll to Pier. It took us 20 minutes at a normal pace. Also only 1 small window opened which is a bit worrying if there was a fire.
