Review 1：We had a lovely stay over Christmas at this hotel. The management and staff were really welcoming to us and to our large dog. The restaurant food was excellent.
Review 2：Room small for four and Bathroom inadequate for the family room. Shower tray inadequate for water - spilled over floor onto clothes - since there was no-where else to put them.

Review 5：My husband and I have stayed here many times. this time we invited our daughter and grand daughter. we had a great stay. one point the swimming pool. The terrace were the seats are have a very deep gully around the edge, this use to have plants in here. No longer and it is dangerous and needs a safety strip. As the tiles are all the same colour and difficult to see the space. I slipped in also my grand daughter.
Review 6：The rooms inside were nice but the hotel is very 90's looking.
Review 7：We were there at the festival and the music was great. Location is quite central. Amazing beaches just a short drive away. And moules frites / muscles and chips down by the river, yum.

Review 11：This is an old favourite and did not disappoint. Lovely views from the front rooms. It has a good atmosphere. It has free parking which is a bonus in central Sete.

Review 18：Old, tired room. The toilet was smelly when you flushed it. The shower was over the bath and when showering the drain blocks so you shower with water up to your knees!! Disgusting. Bed very uncomfortable and cheap. Hotel old, tired and way behind the times and needs money spent on it.

Review 20：Bad location not in old town centre, on a busy, noisy roundabout, uninspiring sea view, very small rooms, hard beds (doubles only 140cm), some staff unenthusiastic or inefficient. Breakfast mediocre, scrambled eggs (I think that's what they were) grey, overcooked, stale.

Review 71：This hotel is really good for having vacations with your family. There are two main museums near and a wonderful view to the sea. So the beach is not so far and very clean. For those people who is interest in budget transfer: bus station is in front of the hotel. So it's the cheapest way to get to the Gare.

Review 74：....we were mislead in the restaurant by a waitress who emphasised that the a la carte was not available, only the menu. we were short of time so chose the menu. the escabech sardines were raw, as were the potatoes with the magret. we were given free b'fasts when we explained the problem the following morning, but with extremely bad grace by the duty manager.....also our suite was very spacious and comfortable, so why provide a plastic spatula with the coffee/tea making facility. we will recommend the hotel, but with a health warning.

Review 81：Staff attitude - not particularly impressive throughout visit, andextremely unhelpful on checkout. The bill was wrong - an extra meal hadbeen added by the restaurant. No apology was made. The efforts tocorrect the transaction were mishandled, effectively blocking over 300euros of our credit until well after the end of our holiday. Themanager was only interested in getting payment, not in understandingour concerns or taking responsibility for the careless (if notfraudulent) billing.

Review 90：My room was very small and not facing towards the sea which made it rather dark and claustrophobic.No outside space either. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant on the one evening I was there and was unimpressed by the food and service. Nothing awful, but just indifferent.
Review 91：The location of the hotel is wonderful: just on the edge of town and not too far from the beaches. The boat trips, plus several bars and restaurants are also very close. The swimming pool and 4th floor terrace were very welcome during a warm spell, and a great place to sunbathe.

Review 95：The view of the sea. The terrace on the roof is wonderful, the view is spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Thr room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The location is excellent. 30 minute walk to beach. 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping.

Review 100：The car parking was extremely tight. We were lucky to back in close to the building, and not need to take the car out for 3 days! The Saturday dinner offered by the restaurant was a little disappointing, because there was no choice of main course and only fish. The plates were also cleared away very rapidly as if the staff wanted to go home.

Review 108：The staff are cold, unwelcoming and made to effort to make our stay agreeable. The rooms need refurbishing and are grubby in general. This hotel is expensive for a 3 star but does not live up to the price. The restuarant staff kick open the kitchen doors and need to understand that their presence in the kitchen can be heard. The toilets/bathrooms need completely redone, their is a lot of mould between the tiles which is very off putting. The shower curtain should definately be replaced. We had what was supposed to be a room with a view, only if you twisted your neck our of the open window was there a view. I really would not go back to thios hotel.
