Review 1：No balcony (but stting area outside that was covered and shared by two apartments)

Review 2：Friendly, helpful owner, onsite parking, quiet location close to main road (but not so close that traffic disturbed), kitchen adequate, bed comfortable.

Review 3：Next door to the hotel is a machine shop. It can be an irritation but not a major one. Over week-end the shop is closed then there is nothing to be concerned about.

Review 4：The hotel itself is new and very well maintained. The owner is a wonderful person, ready to help and caring about people staying at the hotel. It is located near an exit from E-90 road so, if known in advance, can be easily found. Wi-Fi is the best and our room has been cleaned daily.
