Review 1：this was not exactly a bad experience but I had requested on line a room on ground floor as I have a dog. \when I arrived I was given a room on the second floor. luckily there was a vacant room on the ground floor but I feel a bit annoyed that my initial request was not noted.

Review 3：No tea (apart from 1 menthe and 1 camomile) or coffee or sugar in room, had to ask. Only 1 bath towel when occupancy was booked as 2. Came back from evening in Saumur town at about 9:30pm, asked for a drink, told bar was closed (even though was accessible), could only have one in the room, which was poured and served rather huffily. Back out to smoke just before 10 bar and reception all barred up and staff gone home. Realise off season, but as stated clearly on website the restaurant was closed on a Sunday it would have been useful to have known this, no apologies from staff on any of the above, rather an attitude they were being put out, this was all the lady, not the man.. We have stayed here before so rather disappointing.

Review 5：The only niggle was that like most modern French hotels the soundproofing was terrible and you could hear every sneeze and snore.

Review 6：The room was spotless, modern and comfortable as was the bathroom. We particularly appreciated getting BBC1/2 on the TV as well! The restaurant was also excellent value for money and were obliging in catering for my eating problems. Breakfast was average and self service, we thought a bit expensive for what was on offer.

Review 7：Extremely welcoming hosts. Even though the restaurant is normally closed for dinner on Sunday we were fortunate that a tour group was staying so the restaurant was open. We enjoyed an excellent set menu at a very reasonable price. A very quiet location.

We were only there one night but would have used the rental bikes if we'd been staying longer. Staff very friendly. Quiet location and there is a lane opposite heading into the countryside if you want a walk.

Review 14：our 3rd visit back so that should be a good review in itself - lovely place to stay only 5 mins from Saumur town - we had a family room for 4 as usual the rooms was very clean and tidy and the beds extremely comfortable - if in the area again we would definitely revisit

Review 15：We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was clean and it was a bonus to have BBC on the TV. Our son was particularly impressed with his room upstairs, he even had his own TV. The staff were excellent and friendly, I was particularly impressed with the room on our second day, it had been cleaned and although we did not leave it untidy it was good to return to a neat and tidy room.

Room size adequate, very well equipped; plenty of power points and effective soundproofing. Restaurant bright, spacious and attractive. Very good food, draft beer and good wine list, all great value. Review 27：It was superbly run, wonderfully clean and because it was a very new "kit construction" hotel everything was well designed and worked. The restaurant was really very good. For a night or two as a stop over it does the job. I would use it again.

Review 38：Not much to not like here! Although based slightly further out from the centre than other hotels it would be a bit of a walk. We drove there in about 10 minutes in the morning and had a walk around the pretty town with the market. Restaurant served nice food but a bit pricey for the whole family.

Review 39：We booked the family room which was very comfortable with mezzanine bedroom so was ideal to have space for us adults but still within earshot of the kids. Secure parking and nice restaurant - ideal stop over. Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant too (kids menu also available).
