Review 1：The balcony was tiny, two of us could barley sit out to enjoy the fabulous view- barely a complaint, just a note.
Review 2：Great location directly across from the fortress and a rocky beach. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Lots of parking directly across the street.
Review 3：Good location just outside the city walls of monemvasia. We were upgraded to a room with balcony and sea view (travelling off season has its perks). The furniture is not the newest but still in good shape. There were also a hairdryer and waterboiler in the room. Breakfast was very good, served by the lovely lady who runs pramataris. Overall, excellent value for a very decent price.

Review 5：Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο 2 βράδια στις αρχές Ιανουαρίου 2015. Διαλέξαμε με μια μικρή επιπλέον επιβάρυνση δωμάτιο μπροστά στην θάλασσα με θέα τον καταπληκτικό βράχο της παλαιάς Μονεμβασιάς. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ζεστό και πεντακάθαρο. Μάλιστα εκτός από κλιματισμό είχαμε και καλοριφέρ, δεδομένου των θερμοκρασιών που επικράτησαν τις ημέρες που πήγαμε. Άνετο πάρκινγκ και εξυπηρετική, ευγενική και πάντα χαμογελαστή η ιδιοκτήτρια. Το πρωινό είχε όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Φύγαμε μια μέρα νωρίτερα, ενώ είχαμε κλείσει 3 βράδια λόγω του επερχόμενου χιονιά και η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν μας χρέωσε το τρίτο βράδυ. Το συστήνω από άποψη τιμής και εγγύτητας στην καστροπολιτεία της Μονεμβασιάς. Επιλέξτε ένα δωμάτιο μπροστά στην θάλασσα. Η θέα θα σας αποζημιώσει.
Review 6：Turning the key in the lock on the door of our room required the skill of a burglar. We had to be shown how to do it by the hotel's staff otherwise we would have spent the night in the corridor.!

Review 13：We stayed in this hotel over one night visiting Monemvasia. The hotel is very easy to find and its definite advantages are private parking, closeness to both the beach and the bridge to the old city. The lady at the reception, who is probably also the owner of the hotel, is extremely nice, polite and helpful. All the above make the hotel a good value for money.
Review 14：The owners made arrangements to collect us from a Ktel bus station outside of Monemvasia and dropped us off at the Ktel bus station,which was much appreciated. They took care of us. Was a lovely stay. Highly recommended.
Review 15：A very minor issue was the pop up plug in the basin of the en-suite, which I managed to fix myself, so I suppose it was not an issue.
Review 16：The welcome we were given on our arrival at the hotel. It was just as if we were family, every body was so friendly. I would recommend the hotel it is perfectly positioned to explore Monemvasia.

Review 28：It is our favourite hotel, we have stayed there for the 4-th time. We like the warm atmosphere, location (with the view on the Monemvasia rock, near the sea - the pebble beach is just across a narrow road). We advise to take the room with the sea view - its sound is very relaxing. As usual, the breakfasts are wonderful. We don't eat bread, but here it is so fresh and tasty we always take it! No problems with parking. It is difficult to explain why this place is special, but it is really special.

Review 43：We stayed in Pramataris in March and it is our 3-rd visit to the hotel. Why do we return here, though usually prefer to try new places and new hotels? Firstly, the location of the hotel seems to be the best in Iefera: it is situated on the sea coast with the view on sunrise and famous Monemvasia rock. We always book the room with balcony and with the view on the sea, for us it seems to be the best one. In the room there is everything that is necessary; the atmosphere is very cosy, it is very clean and you can hear the fascinating sound of sea waves. Secondly, breakfasts in Pramataris are really marvellous: fresh eggs, fresh orange juice, joghurt, warm bread from the nearby bakery... And of course, cheese, ham and so on. Tea and coffee are always hot and tasty. The hostess of the hotel is a wonderful person. Julia looks after everything herself, so you could be sure that everything will be right. She is very attentive and careful, you can always ask her for advice. Not far from the hotel, in 5 min. walk there are shops where you can buy fruit, sweets, wine... Also there is a very good fish restaurant Trata. We are greatful to Pramataris and we are going to return here again and again not only because of our love to beautiful Monemvasia, but also due to our love to this wonderful hotel.
Review 44：it was very noisy - on a busy street. we got no sleep at all due to the extremely loud motorbikes and cars revving their engines as well as people on the street. Walls are paper thin. The room furnishings were very old and dingy and the bathroom had a horrid smell.
