Review 3:Debbie went over and above. The B and B is fantastic! They have modern rooms, great showers and it even has a jacuzzi. Beautiful surrounding area and good transport links to other parts of the New Forest. Debbie's cooked breakfasts are amazing and really worth a try. If you want a place with a personal feel, I could not recommend this place more.Thank you Debbie and your family ;) We cannot wait to come back.

Review 12:Very welcoming family run b&b, couldn't fault anything. Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation, fabulous garden and the breakfast was superb.

Review 13:Horrendously over priced.......£100 a night....mediocre standard of accommodation....flat screen TV was about the smallest and lowest quality on the market....some fixtures and fittings looked ex junk shop.......bathroom cramped and no mirror ......parking a problem if you have anything bigger than a Fiat 500....on single track lane......worth at a push £50 a night....I stay in B&B,s and hotels all the time with my work........after reading past reviews massive anticlimax.....
