Guesthouse Ty-Parc sells fast on our site. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Cardigan, family run Ty Parc is also only 5 minutes’ drive from the scenic West Wales coastline and beaches. It provides 4-star guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and free parking.
With a flat-screen Freeview TV, each room also has a DVD and CD player with a choice of films and music. Private bathrooms have in-shower radios and free toiletries, with ironing facilities also available.
Freshly-cooked breakfasts are made using local produce, and are served in Ty Parc’s relaxed dining room. Ten minutes’ walk brings guests to a number of restaurants offering evening meals.
There are hiking trails as well as fishing within just a couple of miles, and Ty Parc provides storage for bikes and fishing equipment. Beautiful beaches along the coast offer sightings of bottled-nosed dolphins.

Review 1：Tv on the wall was way Too small . You can get 32" TV's now for £140.00 or even less .

Review 3：Having slight claustrophobia I was unhappy about having an obscure window in the bedroom - oppressive. Shower a bit of a tight squeeze and the sink rather small so water ended up on the floor all the time. On one morning I would have loved an omelette for a change but rather than ask the kitchen, the young gentlemen just replied that they did not operate a menu so it couod only be fried or scrambled eggs

Review 7：Too many signs, don't do this, don't do that. If they want to keep the signs then make it a feature by having them bilingual, but as it is it just give the impression the owners are officious. They certainly don't come across like that.

Review 9：It was the cleanest b&b we've stayed at. The bathroom was a very high standard. The room was a good size. The breakfast was huge, and very well cooked and presented, with a good selection. The staff were very welcoming.

Review 14：The B&B was lovely. The owner and staff were very attentive but not intrusively. The rooms were very well presented and the beds very comfortable. The house was only a few minutes walk from the town and the on road parking was safe. There was a very good choice for breakfast. I would genuinely give this B&B a very high 4 star rating.

The host was helpful and understanding when we left one night early for personal reasons. Good breakfast included in the price which was incredibly good value for money.

The staff were working for a business and not a family home. Close to the town and walking distance to the restaurants. We ate at "Abdul's" Indian Restaurant, opposite the Coop!

The location was a short walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay very much. They also had a large selection of DVDs for those who enjoy a peaceful night at home.

Breakfast was first class; cereal, fruit, toast and full English and served quickly and efficiently. It took about 10 minutes to walk into Cardigan, and there was no disturbance at night.

Review 49：Just back from a lovely trip to West Wales. We chose Ty Parc as we had been there before and ot was such good value. A very clean, quiet and welcoming bed and breakfast. The breakfast was of very good quality served by the friendly son of the owners. The bedrom was clean and spacious. We will definitely statpy here again.

Review 51：We spent 2 nights in what was a fabulous, most comfortable, most clean, most friendly guest house possible. Breakfast superb with hot plates for the lovely full English breakfast. No seas view but only a 2 minute drive away so what does it matter. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Review 62：It was wonderful. The room was very clean, the owners where very helpful and friendly (helped us with advice on where to go and what to visit). Breakfast was very good as well. They even have a map with all the restaurants nearby and lists with their menus. Would stay there again!

Review 64：Early breakfast on Sunday 7.30 til 9, lots of rules like no food in room etc etc made it feel a little informal and quite regimentated . Not sure why Dave stood watching over us making sure we moved the car to a bit further up so in line with other cars and then didn't help us with luggage. Bit disconcerting how he kept popping up everywhere like Mr Ben a little bit creepy!
